"Great software to manage your properties"

What do you like best about LeaseMatrix?

A bit difficult in the start but once you get a hang of it, I think LeaseMatrix is very Easy to use. Great software for corporate and professional use. Keeps a track of all your Real Estate and Properties. I think one of the great features by this software is that LeaseMatrix offers a free trial of 30 days after which you can decide if you want to buy it or not. Pricing I think is also very cheap ($29/month). If a software can manage properties worth Hundred of Thousands of Dollars effectively then I think LeaseMatrix is really good. What do you dislike about LeaseMatrix?

Only English Language supported. Other similiar software support more languages. LeaseMatrix does not even offer API. Again a feature other software offer. I've even faced the software crashing multiple times which sometimes makes it annoying if I am in the middle of an important work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeaseMatrix solving and how is that benefiting you?

LeaseMatrix is very crucial for my work. Being in the Oil Business, there are some lands and properties which I manage directly. With LeaseMatrix, I can identify and mark those lands with Google Maps. Calculations by the software doesn't require me to recheck it and I can blindly calculate the real estate's expenses and other costs. If any changes are made, I get real time updates as well. "The Most Easy-to-Understand Lease Analysis Software"

What do you like best about LeaseMatrix?

I found Lease Matrix to be the most user-friendly commercial lease analysis application in the market ever! An ideal solution not only for medium and large companies but also small enterprises. Pricing is low compared to similar applications starting from only $29 per month. One great thing about this software is that a free trial of 30 days is also available before you actually buy the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseMatrix?

Lease Matrix only supports English Language. Working in a Multinational Oil Company, some of my team work from European countries and from the South East Asia Markets. This is where I believe other languages like French, Spanish, Thai and Filipino languages were also supported. I am also not completely satisfied with the Customer Support Team as they don't reply to my emails soon. Along with this, no mobile application available for this software. Yes, I will recommend this to individuals from all companies. Especially people who belong to the Operations and Finance Department and have millions/thousands of Dollars worth of Leasing Assets to take care of Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeaseMatrix solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have solved a lot of problems with this application. Being the Manager Operations, a lot of non-current assets come under my supervision. My team reports directly to me and operations in these assets / properties are managed by my team only. Lease Matrix directly calculates the rate of depreciation and leasing costs for assets according to the data I have entered in the system. Cuts my working effort and time to almost half! "Excellent for Managing all your Lease"

What do you like best about LeaseMatrix?

This software is extremely user friendly and I was able to use this software in no time. The customer support is even excellent and with an amazing feature of getting real time updates, something other similar software lack in, it has really helped me in managing my lease. The software does extensive and dynamic calculations instantly and having so much trust in this software, I don't even recheck it now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeaseMatrix solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company, Shell has a lot of real estate and fields operating for its clients and operations. I use this software for my lease. I have a large team of around ( 50 - 60 people ) and with Lease Matrix, I am able to collaborate and share every report among the team members. Along with this, Lease Matrix is integrated with Google Maps so when I have to tell someone about a location, Google Maps automatically maps each real estate's assets.
