Keeps a track of all your Real Estate and Properties. I think one of the great features by this software is that LeaseMatrix offers a free trial of 30 days after which you can decide if you want to buy it or not. Pricing I think is also very cheap ($29/month). If a software can manage properties worth Hundred of Thousands of Dollars effectively then I think LeaseMatrix is really good.
