I really enjoy that this system has a simple view.

Lease harbor not apex has sometimes is to simple. I believe that they need to update their interface

they are very objective in show all the data points

Lease harbor is a price reasonable software that does everything you need for the new standard. They provide JE and customized reporting!

Doesn’t separate the current and non current portion of liability

Lease accounting standard and invoicing

the formatting, while easy looks a bit archaic

The integrations with Harbor Flex into other softwares we utilize was seamless.

Pricing for base services is reasonable, however optional services are based per user vs enterprise.

Lease administration to track and manage leases at our properties.
