What do you like best about Learnster?

Learnster is more than just an LMS. From the start, it was very straightforward to implement and use within our organization. Some of the features I appreciate include the course management and enrollment functionalities, as well as the course design tools that make it easy to create courses directly in the system. The analytics and depth of analysis offered are also impressive, but what has been especially valuable for me is the automatic, rule-based course assignment. Finally, I am extremely satisfied with the level of support provided. Whenever my team or I had questions or concerns, the Learnster team was always available to offer timely and helpful advice, from the smooth integration phase to our daily inquiries about maximizing the platform’s capabilities. What do you dislike about Learnster?

I have two main suggestions for improvement. First, the scheduled sessions module could be enhanced, particularly regarding the invitation emails and how replies from registered participants are managed, such as distinguishing between declines and acceptances. What do you like best about Learnster?

Creating courses is easy and straightforward. The automation options are good and allow you to customize the onboarding process extensively. I find the quiz modules to be quite good, and the course progression bar makes it possible to track each learner individually. The customer support is really great, and they are always helpful when an issue occur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Learnster?

Direct managers or team leaders are unable to see their employees' responses in the quiz modules, as this functionality is only accessible through the Studio. This limitation is inconvenient and it would be much more practical if managers could access this information directly within the Direct Reports section. Additionally, the LMS tends to be quite slow at times, often requiring frequent page refreshes just to see updates or going back to the main page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Learnster?

Learnster has a great interface and is very easy to use. The system is easy to navigate, both as learner and while creating courses in Learnster Studio. It's an easy platform to convey company essential information that needs to be spread fast.

The team behind it is there for any need, whether it's help with small questions or it's about bigger learning blocks that need maintenance.

What do you like best about Learnster?

Much is good, from an admin perspective the automation functionality and simplicity and flexibility to build courses. From an end user perepctive the layout, flexibiliy and availability (app and web) has been appreciated.

The customer contact and onboarding experience has been professional, supportive, present, and structured. The implementation was quick and smooth from the beginning to the end !
