I have a wonderful relationship with my Account Manager and have always had a quick turnaround time on responses from the support team. Even on non-urgent requests, they get handled quickly and effectively with a high degree of communication from the support team. The team brought in-house expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion. The team had fantastic organizational skills. The only feedback I would give, is that I would like Learning Pool to be a little more proactive in terms of product development and some of the market trends that are seen elsewhere. The time frame was difficult to manage, because the organisation is very complex ( NHS). Also, there were a lot of stakeholders who needed to be consulted.
