**What do you like best about LeapXpert?**

This platform has remarkable integration abilities. It permits secure communication through a variety of channels. The platform has a fantastic user design and experience, and it is simple to use.

**What do you dislike about LeapXpert?**

There is not a single thing about LeapXpert that I don't enjoy. It satisfies all of my B2C communications needs and guarantees that I am in compliance with all laws.

**What problems is LeapXpert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to record, organize, and manage business-related interactions. This helps me since it provides a user-friendly interface while still maintaining enterprise security, governance, and compliance. The platform keeps my staff motivated and productive, and my clients appreciate the privacy they get.

Nothing as such I came across to dislike about the LeapXpert so far.

**What do you like best about LeapXpert?**

It provides a compliance and data ownership-focused B2C messaging service to communicate with employees within the organization and also with the clients. They provide very high-quality service at a very minimal cost.

**What do you dislike about LeapXpert?**

Everything about this platform is good. However, it can increase the duration of the trial period so that clients get more time for trial and understand the platform better.

I would recommend this product to everyone to experience a better and more effective communication platform. The customer support team is very polite and always resolves problems concisely. It offers you a quality service at a minimal cost.

This platform helps me in communication with the employees and clients very quickly. It supports multiple social media platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook Messanger, WeChat, iMessage, Instagram, etc. The communication on the forum is safe and secure.

Its integration capability and instant conversation through the channel with secure enviornment.
Used integration with aws and its very awesome.

I use it for a very short time duration, in which I find no cons.

Recommended for security in conversation, if you are looking for a reliable medium to share buisness conversation.
Prefer this as the best ready-made tool.

**What do you like best about LeapXpert?**

I consider LeapXpert FMOP as the most helpful tool due to its glaring advantages. LeapXpert Federated Messaging Orchestration Platform elevates consumer messaging to enterprise grade.

**What do you dislike about LeapXpert?**

Currently, there are no downsides or least helpful mechanisms concerning the use of LeapXpert. As a matter of fact, LeapXpert has proven to maintain a complete record of all messaging conversations between employees and clients. Record integrity is maintained even if an employee leaves the company with their devices or a client deletes a message. Records are also complete in the event of a compliance probe or legal dispute.

**Recommendations to others considering LeapXpert:**

With LeapXpert employees keep their personal messaging separate from their business messaging. Enterprises can monitor conversations without infringing on employees’ personal privacy.

**What problems is LeapXpert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeapXpert plays a key role in my establishment by always allowing accessible messaging communication history. All messaging records are available for audit or other legal and compliance purposes.

**What do you like best about LeapXpert?**

*The feature that enables multiple transfer of communication like text, chat one on one and group, voice, file.
*So many employees loss their jobs just because they are contacting the client over unprotected mobile interface app like whatsapp which breaches the general data protection right. The solution is LeapXpert. 
*It becomes inevitable sometimes to make a closer connection with the clients to get a business deal and mobile messaging does this best. However, the problem is data security. Again the Solution is LeapXpert.
* For companies, it becomes difficult and challenging, ones their employees starts communicating with their clients via unprotected channels, without interfering with their employees privacy. LeapXpert takes care of it. It allows their employees to communicate with their clients and provides the prospect of monitoring ata  without interfering with their employees privacy.
*For companies, it is a great loss, when an employee leaves. The reason for this is the data. All communication history goes out of the window and business suffers as they are unable to retrieve any data from the employees profile, ones they are out. The good news is LeapXpert saves the data of the employees, even if they leave, without infringing the privacy of the employees.

The user interface or UI can be simplified a bit more I believe.

The communication with B2C is seamless

The best thing about this app is we can connect with the clients without using any personal details, and history is never deleted, unlike other messaging tools.

There is nothing many features I dislike about the application. The overall experience is pretty good.

if you are looking for a messaging application that has privacy and content management, this is the best application

historical data for the associates who have contacted the clients were not visible in other messaging apps, but for this app, it is visible and saves time to screenshot things

instant messaging is more now and data needs to be secured .leapxpert helps a lot to store your data and retrive the info

little expensive for small organizations but very good for enterprise operations
