Leadmonk was simple to set up, and the control panel is intuitive to navigate. Because I travel to my clients, having the buffer feature allowing travel time between appointments makes a huge difference. Embedding the widget on my site was a simple copy-paste, which I appreciate. **What do you dislike about Leadmonk?** If I had to nitpick, I'd say my one complaint is that available appointment days are highlighted in grey, which has made some clients think those were greyed-out days, not available days. And even then it might not be as seamless an integration as the experience offered to us by Leadmonk. Mentors are onboarded in 5 minutes or less. All the mentors are listed on a single page, and community members can simply block 1-on-1 time. We can even include questions to help the mentors understand the context of the meeting beforehand. The founder himself ensures that we get prompt help on any support requests. **What do you dislike about Leadmonk?** While it is already quite flexible in terms of customisation, it would be good to have even more visual design & layout options to help truly represent the brand. Another aspect I would love to see in future versions of the product is reliable security. If there was a sure-fire way to restrict who can access calendar links, this would elevate it's potential to another level. **What problems is Leadmonk solving and how is that benefiting you?** Leadmonk solved a very specific use-case for the our community which would have taken us ages to build as a product feature. And even then it might not be as seamless an integration as the experience offered to us by Leadmonk. Thanks to Leadmonk, we now have a platform to offer an Office Hours experience for our members to block 1-on-1 time with mentors and connect to solve various problems, validate solutions and feedback. ### 3. If I had a question, it was answered pretty promptly. I like that I can set up Routers and install them myself without needing to rely on customer service. This was not the case with one of the competitors we tried (Klenty's Schedule IQ). They had good customer service too, but not being able to create and install a router without their help was a deal-breaker for us. I also like that I can be the owner of the Leadmonk account and manage the Routers without costing us a user seat. Finally, I like that Leadmonk doesn't charge additional platform fees like Chili Piper, which was too expensive for us. **What do you dislike about Leadmonk?** I would prefer it if we could just pay for the routing functionality. We don't really need the other Calendly-like individual meeting booking/scheduling features, which we already get as part of our Google Workspace subscription. Otherwise, I don't really have any complaints. With the new visual workflow display, it's easier to create a Router and understand how all the pieces fit together in the logic. I guess if I had something on my wishlist for the amount we're paying per user: it'd be great if each user could have multiple display emails and if we could brand each router individually. We're a small company that owns a few different brands/products, but we had to pick just one for use with all our routers. **What problems is Leadmonk solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm not sure I know the difference between "Business Scheduling" and "Online Appointment Scheduling" (previous question). What we're using Leadmonk for is Lead Routing. Leadmonk qualifies a lead for us, then helps book the lead with an appropriate sales rep. ### 4. I was looking for alternative solutions that I could implement for my company with 5 sales reps. Leadmonk had all the functionality that I required and worked flawlessly. I would say the UX was a little more friendlier than Chilipipers which has a longer learning curve. For me, fair pricing, functionality, and the support experience were key in going ahead with Leadmonk. **What do you dislike about Leadmonk?** Nothing to dislike, everything is working as is. **What problems is Leadmonk solving and how is that benefiting you?** Leadmonk has significantly improved our inbound conversion process, boosting it from 1-2 connects a day to over 55% of our leads setting meetings daily. We are a B2C services company and so it is extremely difficult to get to talk to customers who are working. It just made sense to allow the customer to set a time that worked for them when they were submitting requests for quotes to us. I'd seen Chilipier in action before, but their pricing for the platform based on leads flowing through the system did not make business sense for us. I was able to test leadmonk and find that it had all the functionality I required to schedule and route meetings to our sales team based on our form questions. It also integrated with SF and I can get all the data I need to analyze our lead flow vs our ad spend. ### 5. They are cost effective and optimized features, definitely help my team, which is an asset for us to be efficient, and also for the team and their clients, it’s user friendly and pretty intuitive. **What do you dislike about Leadmonk?** Nothing major, but a challenge we had was actually the SMPT integration, but they resolved it for us. Also they are highly responsive in customer support! There are other cool features overall in the app but we haven't explored it yet. For example, some more common schedulers have a lot of user-built tracking codes etc to help with it, so this was lacking for Leadmonk (understandably). I contacted the support on it and they developed the code for me really fast, so they're truly there for the customer. I also use another (similar) calendar system, but they don't allow you to add multiple calendars to double check avaialbility for the entire team to meet all at once. However, Leadmonk does.... this works for our agency to run a discovery call or a meet the team type of call with all of us being able to hop on at the same time. I like that ability in those use cases...
