I've gotta say, I've tested out so many scheduling software options, and let me tell you, Calendly has always managed to win me over. It's just fantastic! But, here's the thing: Calendly has this one requirement that can sometimes be a bit limiting – it absolutely requires email addresses for appointments. Some users don't prefer to give out their email for privacy reasons, or others prefer using a cell phone. That's where Leadmonk comes to the rescue! Leadmonk is the perfect solution because it lets my leads provide either a phone number or an email address, seamlessly integrating with my CRM system. I think it's pretty well intuitive. I've managed to set up my team in the system and I like the functionality of adding multiple calendars to it. I also use another (similar) calendar system, but they don't allow you to add multiple calendars to double check availability for the entire team to meet all at once. However, Leadmonk does.... this works for our agency to run a discovery call or a meet the team type of call with all of us being able to hop on at the same time. Initially there's a slight learning curve to manage your entire team in the platform, but it got easier. The biggest con or dislike would be needing to purchase SMS credits, but I get that it's not free to them so we're just buying... still though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is an amazing scheduling tool and they keep adding new features and improvements frequently. The ability to add profile and customization to match with my branding is unparalleled. I am with Microsoft setup and many tools couldn't do MS Teams integration, custom questions before booking and redirect to a specific link. I am a law professional and these are important for me to ask for important information and do due diligence before I meet clients.

The interface is intuitive and fast. I can add other team members and manage team pages. This allows us to share one link for the team instead of individual meeting links. Clients can pick the options based on their needs.

There really aren't a lot of downsides to using Leadmonk so far, other than more features are in the works, and being patient for them to be released is not a virtue of mine.
