It goes beyond the usual 360 that only rates observed behavior. It also looks at what drives that behavior: beliefs, self-confidence in specific situations, and what throws you off under pressure. That made the results much more actionable for me. I also valued that a consultant reviews the report before release and walks you through it, so you get interpretation, not just a pile of scores. The questionnaire was quick to complete, and the anonymity rules made it easy for raters to be honest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much. With twelve dashboard views and many dimensions, there’s a lot to take in at first, so the debrief with the consultant is essential. Teams with small rater groups should also expect some groups to be combined, since results are only shown separately above a minimum number of responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
