Beyond observed behaviour, this consultant-led 360-degree leadership assessment captures what a leader believes, what they trust themselves to do, what throws them off under pressure, what their environment experiences and the effect that follows, with well-being as the energy buffer. 99 items cover twelve leadership dimensions in three pillars, seven limiting tendencies and five defense patterns. The self-assessment takes about 18 minutes; supervisors, peers and direct reports need 10 to 15 minutes. Rater groups are shown separately only once they reach a minimum number of responses, free-text comments are never attributed, and HR sees progress but never individual results. A consultant reviews every report before release, and released reports stay unchanged. Results appear in a dashboard with twelve views and as a PDF. Questionnaire, report and platform are available in German and English, and hosting is in Frankfurt am Main.
