**What do you like best about Lavanda PMS?**

Lavanda is user-friendly. The Dashboard showing all KPIs is helpful for my team and e to see up-to-date performance

**What do you dislike about Lavanda PMS?**

Some of the reports do not come through in a format that I specifically need, so I hope this can up changed

**What problems is Lavanda PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lavanda allows us to work with short-stays for the summer with reputable and popular sites like AirBnB & Booking.com. Everything is in one place, and best of all, the Lavanda team are in hand to support with the Customer Service aspect of the booking journey, allowing the site teams to focus on the guest experience at sites, which is what we do best.
