From my onboarding experience I can surely say that its very easy to integrate in your custom workflows regardless the type of business. The UI is also commendable and very friendly to use. The security is also top notch in lark as there is safe sharing of documents, messages in teams and other individuals. 2. I find the dashboard to be well designed, It perfectly consists of group chats, private messages and calender assistant so one doesn't need to navigate through various tabs. Although the dashboard has all the basic features at display. I found that when you require specific tools for unique tasks one may have to delve in and search through various tuitorials to achieve the end result. 2. I believe that its 200gb storage is not enough if you operate a large scale enterprise. Because hundreds of mails and messages would take over the entire cloud storage. 3. There are tons of dates I have to cope up with which makes it difficult to remember every important event. Lark has a team calender feature which lets me be reminded of the important dates and also share them with my team. 2. Lark integrates chat, video conferencing, file sharing, and even expense reporting all into one place, which makes it so easy for me to perform various tasks and simultaneously manage the expenses side by side. 3. There are times when I need to take into consideration the opinions of my team members on various matters, and that is when Lark comes into play. I would have to rate it for its: * Easy use and adoption. * User availability. * Data integrity. * Problem solver. * Well-structured workflows and automations. * Speed. * Improvement in Communication (calls, messenger, video conferences). * Collaborative work with documents. * Cloud storage and task manager. * API integrations and community groups that have collaborative feedback. * Trained technical support that attends to you instantly for any questions. Based on my experience using Lark, I make the following observations about the product: Translation: The accuracy of the translation of the 3 default languages is real, but we would like it to be enabled in Spanish, especially because our communication is directly with China, although the improvement in communication with them through chat and documents has increased, we would like it to be enabled for the Spanish language for calls and video calls. Calendar: Excellent for managing our time and meetings, it gives us visibility and traceability of what we do day by day, making it always more productive. Especially because you can add the meeting notes in the meetings right there and I can go back to see what happened or if I didn't have the opportunity to attend the meeting, I can resume the recording and get up to speed. Storage: It has worked well for us to manage and share files in different formats, we have had limitations when uploading files because we handle large amounts of information and files, for example, Excel files that are very large. I hope they can expand it for certain clients. Documents: I have loved the ease of creating the layout of my projects in the documents with the layout tools it has and especially the practicality of inserting documents on the same page, videos, images, Excel, etc. It has a lot of room to grow and increase its practicality. What I would add is just being able to format for printing in different sizes since sometimes you have to print some formats and the print margins change, so I have to adjust manually. For Excel documents, there is a difference between the formulas used in Spanish, and there are certain problems with some collaborators who are not familiar with English. Base: I consider that the strongest feature of Lark is the integrations with API, with Approvals and automation flows, which we use the most day by day. It has helped us solve problems that, due to the size of data and formulas and updates, used to take us days to do, but today with Lark, it takes me hours to do it and adds a lot of value to the users. The only thing I propose is to provide good training with the experience of other users to know how they solved problems within their organization to apply it to other companies since the documentation only shows how to use it. Configuration and setup issues with Lark At first, it was not easy because our organization was not well structured. We made changes in the organization by implementing user levels, positions, organizational charts, and departments, so it was much easier to configure since, for approval and attendance issues, it needs flows and decisions, everything depends on how you have configured the users. Now it is easier for us to use Lark's administration. Wikis It is a knowledge base tool that is being implemented for now, the challenge we are facing is being able to create a web of information for different types of users, especially because not everyone should have the right to the information. We would like permissions to be enabled within the wikis for document views by user levels or profiles since, at the moment, the assignment of wikis would be manual for each user, but for now, it has helped us to capture our processes, manuals, and work instructions. We had struggled in the past to achieve this as the tools we were using were not embedded to the applications we use daily. Our company used to have Microsoft Teams as our main collaboration tool, but Lark offers to much more - from chat to documents and translation. Its automation feature has driven changes to many of our processes, directly improving our bottom line. **What do you dislike about Lark?** Generally amazing, but it took us longer to onboard due to Lark’s rich features. Fortunately, the staffs at Lark were able to help with our onboarding process once we reached out to them. **What problems is Lark solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lark solved all work collaboration needs in our company. For example, a killer feature was instant translation during video conferencing, allowing us to collaborate with teams with other languages, e.g. communicate with a Spanish team. Love it! ### 48. As they take move in the U.S. they have made a lot of adaptation for the market but kept it's effiency in China. They have integrated many useful function into the app which is very help. **What do you dislike about Lark?** Lark is still going under some development. They are keep adding new features to the app make it require some learning to use. Some of the tools are not very useful for us. Might be better to be able to costimize the subscription. **What problems is Lark solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using lark as a team callaboration tool. Group messaging, document sharing and empolyee onboarding.
