"Empowering Marketing Autonomy Without Burdening the Dev Team"
What do you like best about Lapis?

As an engineer, I usually stay away from the creative side, but lapis is actually pretty intuitive. We've been using it to spin us ad creatives for our latest testing campaigns, and it's surprisingly fast. It's nice to have a tool that let us iterate on visuals without needing a full walkthrough every time we want to change something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lapis?

The API documentation is a bit sparse in some areas. Trying to automate some of our asset exports was more of a headache than i expected than i expected because some of the endpoints aren't super well defined yet. It definitely need a bit more polish for the more technical users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlining asset resizing for our Integration Services team."
What do you like best about Lapis?

The speed of deployment is what actually sold me. Being in Integration Services, I'm used to tool s feeling clunky, but Lapis is surprisingly snappy. What stood out for me was the ''Vibe Kit'' feature it actually keeps our branding consistent across different ad networks like Meta and LinkedIn without me having to babysit the API calls. It's rare to find an AI tool that doesn't mess up the hex codes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lapis?

Honestly, the initial dashboard setup was a bit of a headache. I struggled with the asset library organization at first, it's easy for things to get cluttered if you're running a ton of experiments at once. It's not a dealbreaker, but the UI could definitely be a bit more intuitive for power users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changer for Ad Campaign Visuals"
What do you like best about Lapis?

I find Lapis to be a real game-changer for creating ad concepts for our B2B lead generation campaign. The AI image creation tool saves me a lot of time by allowing us to whip up and refine visuals quickly. I love how consistent it is in producing visuals that perfectly capture our brand's essence, which is crucial for maintaining brand alignment across campaigns. The AI helps turn our strategic messaging into eye-catching images, creating a stronger emotional connection with potential leads. The onboarding process was straightforward, and the interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to get up and running quickly. I would absolutely recommend Lapis and give it a 10 out of 10. What do you dislike about Lapis?

While the image generation is impressive, it sometimes lacks the spark of truly novel concepts. We've had a few instances where it’s generated visuals that are incredibly technically proficient but feel a bit safe. It’s hard to consistently push creative boundaries. "Keeps our healthcare brand consistent across ad platform and fast"
What do you like best about Lapis?

As a CEO, I don't have time to wait on design revisions. What I value most is branding consistency. Lapis takes our existing logo, colors, and fonts and applies them automatically to every ad. The speed of ad creation is impressive, we can go from a product update to a live Facebook or LinkedIn ad in under 10 minutes. The AI image ads feature also helps us test different visuals without hiring external agencies for every small campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lapis?

The platform works well for standard product and services ads, but it struggles with more sensitive healthcare messaging. Sometimes the AI suggests visuals or wording that feel too casual for our industry. I also wish there was a better approval workflow, as a CEO, I'd like to review final assets before they're exported, but that step still happens manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enterprise brand governance with room to grow on technical assets"
What do you like best about Lapis?

At our scale, brand drift across regions is a real headache. Lapis solved that. Branding consistency locks down hex codes, typography, and logos globally no more rogue PowerPoint blue variants. Speed of ad creation is impressive, our marketing ops team generated 200+ localized LinkedIn assets in under two hours. Ad creative generation actually respects our technical audience less fluff, more spec-focused visuals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lapis?

The AI image ads work well for standard formats, but our IT services require highly technical diagrams and infrastructure visuals. Lapis struggles there, it often generate generic tech sparkle imagery instead of accurate network topologies. Also, role-based permissions are too basic. We need granular controls for agency partners versus internal teams, and that's not fully baked yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally, AI ad creation that doesn't butcher client brand guidelines"
What do you like best about Lapis?

Running an agency means juggling 15+ client brand books. Lapis actually respects them. The branding consistency is the best I have seen logos, fonts, color hex codes lock in across every generation. Speed of ad creation is ridiculous. I briefed a campaign at 9 AM and had 20 platform-ready Facebook and LinkedIn ads by 9:45 AM. Ad creative generation feels trained on real performance data, not just aesthetic fluff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lapis?

The AI image ads are strong for product shots and lifestyle, but struggle with abstract concepts or complex metaphors fine for e-commerce, less useful for brand awareness campaigns. Also, the platform doesn't have a proper client approval workflow yet. I have to manually download and share via Slack, which adds friction when managing multiple stakeholder reviews. "Smart Junior Art Director in a box not perfect, but saves real hours"
What do you like best about Lapis?

As a brand strategist, I'm picky about visual consistency. Lapis actually respects brand guidelines logos, fonts, colors stay locked across every generated ad. The Ad creative generation is fast without feeling random. I also love vibes Kits, they give us curated aesthetics that don't look like generic AI slop. Speed of ad creation is unreal, I went from brief to 12 Facebook ready images in under 30 minutes. That alone frees up our creative team for higher-level work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lapis?

The branding consistency is strong, but the customization ceiling is real. I wanted to tweak a Vibe Kit's color palette beyond the preset options, and the UI made that surprisingly difficult. Also, the AI image ads sometimes misinterpret complex directional prompts. e.g product on left, text on right got flipped twice. It's not a designer replacement yet, more like a very smart junior art director who needs clear, simple briefs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scaling Our Educational Outreach Without a Dedicated Design Team"
What do you like best about Lapis?

Lapis has been a real lifesaver for our small team. In the education space, we have to churn out a lot of different ad creatives to see what actually resonates with students, and this makes testing campaigns so much faster. I can get a handful of solid options in minutes, which is huge when you wear as many hats as I do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lapis?

The interfaces can be a little laggy when you have too many tabs open or a big batch of generations going at once. it's not a dealbreaker, but it is a bit annoying when I'm trying to move quickly between different project folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A high-Fidelity Solutions for scaling creative output without sacrificing brand control"
What do you like best about Lapis?

The speed of ad creation has been a total game-changer for our workflow at The Bureau of Small Projects. What stood out to me was the AI image ads feature; it actually produces high-fidelity, professional visuals that don't look like typical "AI soup." Maintaining branding consistency across multiple Los Angeles clients is usually a nightmare, but Lapis handles our specific style guides and hex codes with surprising precision. It’s rare to find a tool that balances creative generation with such tight brand control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lapis?

At first, I struggled with the granular editing tools within the generated creatives. While the initial outputs are great, I would love to see more layer-based control for our senior designers to tweak individual element. There is also a bit of a learning curve when setting up the initial brand asset library for larger, more complex accounts. It isn't quite "one-click" yet, but the time saved on the back end more than makes up for the initial setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accelerating our recruitment branding without the design bottlenecks"
What do you like best about Lapis?

What stood out to me was the sheer speed of ad creation for our recruitment campaigns. We can now handle ad creative generation in-house without waiting days for a designer to get back to us. The AI image ads feature actually maintains our branding consistency, which is huge when you’re trying to look professional to high-level tech talent. It’s surprisingly intuitive once you get the hang of it, and the quality of the visuals doesn't look like the typical "uncanny" AI stuff you see everywhere else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lapis?

At first, I struggled with the asset library organization—it felt a bit cluttered when we uploaded a lot of different brand kits at once. I also wish the "all-in-one" suite had a slightly more streamlined mobile interface, as I often try to check campaign progress while I'm between interviews and it can feel a little cramped on a phone screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
