It's a one-stop shop, with everything our hospitality client wanted in one place: registration/check in/check out, room status, an integrated ordering system for the kitchen, and an easy-to-learn interface. It's a software, which is just fine in most situations. I hope the company considers releasing it as an app, which will make it even more user-friendly - especially for resort staff who are cleaning rooms and carrying smaller devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
