The Ai in the program can create and organize meetings for our team without the burden of several emails back and forth.

Integration of Outlook pop-up reminders is not sufficient, It can be better for clients satisfaction.

Kronologic reduced the amount of time we spend on administrative activities thanks to automation, which has allowed us to concentrate on spending our time in more productive tasks.

**What do you like best about Kronologic?**

I like Kronologic because it can help you connect with people you wouldn't have if you didn't call them. I think Kronolgoic will help you filter in the gaps so that you don't miss anything or let anything slip through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

I have found that using Kronologic I get people who are not qualified or really flakey people who accept the invite but have no clue what they are accepting to. To help eliminate that, if they accept I give them a call to try to add more value. I have seen a lot of negative backlashes after a prospect receives a Kronologic invite because it is an "underhanded tactic" and they don't take it very well.

Kronologic helps us book meetings that slip though the crack to make sure our pipeline is as full as possible.

**What do you like best about Kronologic?**

I like how the AI on Kronologic will schedule meetings for the team, and this saves countless emails back and forth.
The team at Kronologic is also continuously adding new features.

Our Sales team loves the platform and loves getting more meetings.

At first, the interface seemed confusing, but after some training, it was easy to use.

I have no major complaints with the platform.

**What do you like best about Kronologic?**

The tool automatically sends calendar invites to points of contact for my portfolio of accounts on my behalf. The person can accept/decline/not answer but it at least helps me to register the initial touchpoint if the account is new.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

With blind invites being sent out with minimal context, contacts may be pushed off from accepting meetings unless there is a predefined call-to-action and/or agenda. Our SDR team also reaches out to customers separately which has caused confusion and conflict with prospects receiving multiple messages.

**What problems is Kronologic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kronologic is giving me time back in my working day that I would otherwise be spending on the admin side of performing outreach to my account base. This has been a timesaver.

**What do you like best about Kronologic?**

Kronologic is really easy to reach high volumes of contacts quickly. We've enjoyed using it as a follow-up to our retention/renewal motions to ensure that our customers are getting the support they need, and the simplicity of the software and userface makes the benefits of those efforts far outweigh the time we put in. And all of the Kronologic reps I've worked with have been beyond helpful and flexible to my schedule.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

I don't like the layout of the dashboard, particularly the layout of the stages. I think the tool ribbon could be a bit cleaner, but I'm so glad the Active button isn't as ambiguous as it used to be.

**What problems is Kronologic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kronologic is helping us secure meetings with customers who are too busy to respond to our email campaigns to set up meetings. We've seen a slight increase in confirmed meetings since we started implementing Kronologic, and I think that is going to continue to grow as we pair more campaigns with Kronologic.

I like the Kronologic works in the background. There are a few initial steps to take and the rest it takes care of on its own.  Kronologic has definitely helped me book more meetings!

Few things to dislike, the user interface could be a bit better.

In a short time I have been impressed with Kronologic. From the team helping take care of setup and implementation to the account rep, everyone has been easy to work with and helpful.

Right now I do not think there is anything I dislike. The process to get onboarded was challenging due to some issues on our side, but the team was very helpful and diligent in finding solutions to solve these unique issues.

Kronologic is helping us save time and effort toward the end of booking more appointments for our sales team. We can now automate the repetitive task of coordinating post-event followup with new and promising leads.

**What do you like best about Kronologic?**

Being able to come into work the next business day and start the day off with an accepted meeting invitation.  I currently use Chilipiper and also Kronologic. Both tools work seamlessly together.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

Even though the prospect has accepted the invite there still needs to be another tool that can connect with SFDC to integrate and have both Gcal and SFDC communicate, so the originally accepted invite is like a ghost accept that then needs a second tool to put the info into SFDC.

**Recommendations to others considering Kronologic:**

If sales and pipeline are top of mind or important to your organization then consider looking into a tool like Kronologic. An additional layer of touches will improve your conversion rates and also the number of meetings your reps book.

**What problems is Kronologic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are booking more meetings and have added an additional layer of touches to potentially gather more completes and booked meetings. We are still early in the use of Krono but I have seen the success it can bring to a team's performance.

**What do you like best about Kronologic?**

Kronologic has helped schedule countless meetings to drive conversations around our offering and partnership with Salesforce. I've gotten a handful of new pipeline and opportunities from sourced conversations. 

We set up advanced logic to send out some content on our behalf and drive the partners to accept a meeting invitation to collaborate further.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

Initially, there was some lack of permission sets where I could not set meeting buffers in between scheduled meetings. I believe that was resolved in one of the updates. There was also a challenge where my meeting link that was getting auto populated into the invitation was not working for the customer. They would have to copy and paste the URL into a browser in order to get into the meeting.

**Recommendations to others considering Kronologic:**

If you're looking for a solution to help you book more meetings leveraging AI, this is definitely the tool for you. Whether it's sourcing new customer/prospect conversations or remaining engaged with existing partners. There are many use cases that can benefit the end usere.

We're trying to solve getting more meetings and engagement with our partners. We've realized the immediate benefits of sending out targeted messaging on our behalf and leading to a bunch of scheduled meetings with minimal effort from my side.

As someone that is constantly needing to set meetings and having to have it be in a clear, concise way, I love how Kronologic allows me to have everything in a consolidated tech stack.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

Sometimes, the "blind" invites that customers receive aren't perceived well by them. It's really a small number but we weant to make sure all customers are happy.

Kronologic is making getting meetings and upsells much easier.  I really like how it allows me to almost do my job for me. It's a great tool to have if the team is looking for or creating additional pipeline.

Upsides are that it automatically sends calendar invites to ideal prospects on your behalf. The prospect can accept/decline/not answer but it at least gets a foot in the door for following up.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

Received some complaints about the invite being placed on people's calendars without their permission that's kind of the point of the service. It was negligible.

It's providing another avenue to engage with untapped prospects who could benefit from reviewing our services. The pool of candidates it's sourcing for our use case are professionals seeking further education in their respective fields.

Kronologic keeps potential meetings on my calendar and helps me build a healthy pipeline to stay on and above quota. It has been extremely helpful in getting prospects into my line of sight that otherwise would have been unknown to me.

The User interface on the website isnt the best but I dont really use it I spend most of my time in calendar so its not really a dislike because I dont have to engage with it that often.

Kronologics has helped keep my calendar full of potential meetings and adds pipeline to my attention that I otherwise would have not had or known about. The tool has helped me get more meetings month after month.

It works in the background and does not unnecessarily spoil your Meetings Calendar until a meeting is confirmed.

It may not work well if you manage several different calendars, as is the case for me. Hence I need to centralize all in one calendar, which can be a good workaround.

I am a new user hence still at a ramping stage.

We are at the early stages of implementing the solution. However, the principal is to have the tool follow up automatically with your prospects and attempt to schedule a call with them. With this solution, you would save you time and energy rather than doing it yourself, and then it would confirm a meeting in your calendar once all parties agree on it.

**What do you like best about Kronologic?**

It effectively set a meeting for me using dead leads in our CRM. It was a bit tricky with timing though because a call was scheduled for 9 am the next morning late in the afternoon, thereby not giving me and the team a lot of time to prepare. This couldn't be changed...ie there should be a 24-48 hr floating window where an appointment can't be scheduled immediately. Also, it didn't add the zoom password into the calendar invite and that was annoying to have to add manually but outside of those two things, it's super effective

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

See above. The scheduling floating window and the inability to add a zoom password. The CRM for Kronologic gave me some workaround for the zoom thing but then I have to change how I use Zoom all the time. Just not a real solution so they should fix that

**What problems is Kronologic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I didn't select this tool- someone from our marketing team (i'm assuming) did. I guess it's supposed to help convert dead leads to meetings via automated emails. It worked for me but it also sent out a ton of emails that upset other AE's. I think that has to do more with our SFDC hygeine than the tool but I think it's a good value add for BDR efforts.

Effortless lead generation has lead to a more full pipeline month over month, which results in more sales, and more commission for me! The meetings just show up on my calendar without me really doing anything at all.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

There are instances where people accept a meeting and then don't show up, and when I reach out, they have no clue what it's about. There have been a few times where I have gotten "take me off your list" responses.

Lead generation - I don't have to cold call in order to prospect and get meetings. Have seen month over month pipeline increase, which has lead to increased sales

The interface is not extremely user-friendly. Hard to navigate when it is a tool that is not integrated into your daily sales flow. Other than that I think the product is great.

It allows you to have something running in the background that is catching anything your team may miss in the process. It allows you to prospect accounts for your team and let them reap the benefits.

I like that I don't have to think about it once the list of leads are submitted. I also like that the messaging that goes out is short and direct. It's an additional stream of outreach for potential opportunities and meetings. I also like that I can link my calendar and it will work around the schedule I've set.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

There is a lack of human touch to it. Sometimes people are just accepting just to accept. Although its not to replace other methods, leads can easily decline. I would like to have the ability to have more control over my availability of times. I was used to working off blocks of times but had to change my approach for the AI.

It's a great product but should not be your sole method of outreach. Great for large lists and leads.

There is a feeling of almost duplicating myself to do more outreach to accounts that are not in my radar but still in consideration. I can also use this as a filtration method to see what accounts are worth investing more time into. It has also shown me that our data is not always up-to-date.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to reap the benefits of Kronologic because of how little traction there is between the application and the public sector.

I am curious to see if the application would be able to develop a way to generate traction in the public sector or if this is something that will never be able to be resolved.

I have received quality feedback and assurance from the team working in the private sector that there is a good use for Kronologic but no traction in the public sector.

I have yet to encounter any difficulties or problems because I have not leveraged the application, and I am hoping that changes soon as I have heard some quality things about the source.

I dislike the lack of specifics. I feel like quite a few of the leads I get are useless and end up cluttering my calendar/ inbox rather than adding value.

Kronologic gives our team the ability to send emails and get meetings scheduled that we may have missed. This way, nothing falls through the cracks.

I think  Kronologic should be a bit more simplified when it comes to calling them to set the appointment for real. I just started using it, so I can't quite say. It almost qualifies them too quickly so they aren't a good fit.

Take the time to check it out, just make sure to take the time to connect with your prospects!

Right now I've realized some people don't understand our platform or Kronologic allows them to schedule at 2AM their time which means they most likely won't show up.

Yes, you are correct that meetings are able to be booked very quickly and easily. To your point, this typically means looking at increasing the quality of leads that are pushed through. 
Regarding international times zones, please check with your CSM who will have the latest best practices to accommodate for your schedule and the schedules of those who are many time zones away.  We also have a new feature slated for the next couple months that will align your guest's availability with a single click as well. Be on the lookout for communication about this.

We have a large customer base that we can reach out to with minimal effort and create upsell opportunities.

There are times when the automated emails can feel cold, and it can seem like the email is robotic. There have also been some hurdles in getting the automatic scheduling to work with my calendar.

Like all sales outreach, we suggest increasing the quality of the list of people you're reaching out too and/or use a stronger "trigger" moment. We agree that we don't want the platform to be used for cold contacts. An additional tip on removing the "coldness" is to check out the template library to find more custom messaging and look at using field merges. 
If an organization administrator is controlling the lists and messaging for you, on 3/4/22, well be launching a new feature which will allow reps/you to launch your own campaign messaging to your own lists very easily. Be on the lookout for more communication about this update.

Kronologic is an excellent tool to schedule appointments and saves a ton of time.  The response rate was higher than any other tool I've used before. It takes the back and forth out of scheduling appointments. I'm very satisfied!

Helped take some of the stress off with having to reach out to accounts that might not be getting touched. With this running in the background, I could PG into other accounts.

With lots of blind invites being sent out with minimal context, prospects may be pushed off from doing business with us moving forward. Especially with the SDR fully unaware of what accounts/prospects are being targeted, this can cause confusion and conflict with prospect receiving multiple messages.

I wouldn't say that many problems have been solved.  If invites were accepted, that could be seen as a benefit as we can talk with the prospect. As of now, it's seemed like a lot of invites with not many acceptances.

Slick interface, nice integrations, and overall a good idea. For the specific market I work in, we don't have a large amount of webinar type content that Kronologic can piggyback to create meetings. This product would be fantastic for a content-heavy organization looking for scheduled followup

Sometimes I feel that the meeting invites sound templated but that's likely something that we can work on internally. Outside of that I don't have any major complaints.

I like that it is an automated tool that as a BDR don't have to do any work for it to reach out to contacts to try to book meetings. Emails are sent automatically and meetings are placed on your calendar based on your availability.

Most (about 60%) of the meeting invites are bounced back as Spam or invalid email addresses. The majority of the rest of the meeting invites are declined, and out of the ones that do accept, they no show a lot or cancel same day. But sometimes you get lucky and someone attends.

Kronologic gets more leads to take meetings without having to do much work. But there are mixed results of a lot of people declining and the lead quality might not be the best. But it's worth a shot if you have the budget dollars to get some more leads.

I have this set up for all inbound leads from the website to get a meeting scheduled for a discovery call. I showed up this morning with a meeting on my calendar with a prospect that looks to be in my target market.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

The only thing I dislike is not being able to filter the leads before they take up space on my calendar. This is not Kronologic's fault at all but it is the only thing I could find to put here.  The good news is this took no effort on my end and we can always flesh out non-ideal prospects quickly on a call.

**What problems is Kronologic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setting meetings with inbound prospects in a timely manner. In the past I have let some of these leads either die or get lost in the back and forth of finding a time to meet. Now I am sure there is a follow up on a lead so they don't die. I have also reduced my time from initial contact to meeting down from a 48 hours or even a few days if it comes in on the weekend down to seconds 24/7. I get lots of feedback on how responsive I am but I'm not going to correct them on letting them know I actually didn't do a thing.

I enjoy being able to increase outreach efforts, without creating additional workload. It allows me to become more effective with outreach without consuming a lot of extra time.

It's a bit difficult to create targeted messaging, but when I think about it, kronologic shouldn't be used for that purpose. If there's any issue I can identify I'd say that, receiving reports on the kronologic efforts would be a big plus, so that I can be more aware of what's taking place in the background.

Have good lists pulled from crm to upload into kronologic, have your messaging sorted out also.

It helped solve the issues we were having with pipeline generating, by allowing us to engage to a large number of prospects, without spending much time.
