What I like most about KPI is how it seamlessly integrates all our data from diverse tools into one reliable, real-time dashboard that our entire team uses. It automatically pulls data from our CRM, ecommerce platform, webinar tools, email marketing, and accounting, eliminating the need to switch between multiple tools to understand performance. The real-time updates are fantastic; we don't have to wait for end-of-day or end-of-week reports to see trends. The dashboards are super visual and easy to read, with clean, customizable charts and widgets that even team members who aren't fond of spreadsheets can understand. I love the role-specific dashboards, which help each department focus on the metrics that matter most to them, and the drag-and-drop widget feature is practical, allowing us to create real-time performance displays that are both visual and actionable. A smaller but consistent annoyance: dashboard customization is visual but not layout-smart. When I say the dashboard isn’t “layout-smart”, I mean it doesn’t help you arrange widgets cleanly, consistently, or professionally without a lot of manual tweaking. It’s drag-and-drop, but it’s basic drag-and-drop—not the intuitive, grid‑based, auto‑aligning design you see in modern tools. Right now, widgets just sit wherever you drop them. They don’t snap to a clean grid, so charts and cards end up slightly misaligned: One widget is 3 pixels higher than the one next to it, Columns don’t line up evenly, Margins are inconsistent everywhere. We want smart snapping—like in Figma, Notion, or modern BI tools—where widgets automatically snap to a grid, align edge-to-edge, and match heights/widths so everything looks clean instantly.
