It puts recruiter placement KPIs and privacy compliance markers side-by-side without me switching platforms. It automatically generates side-by-side branch performance comparisons and flags high-risk compliance gaps like missing candidate consent records instantly. The pre-made metric templates cut report prep time drastically, and all outputs follow structures accepted during our yearly GDPR and German labor law audits. **What do you dislike about KPI?** The biggest pain point is zero native German language support for the whole interface, plus no ready-made report templates built around German staffing industry regulations. Running bulk KPI reports to review recruiter access permissions across all regional offices is extremely laggy. Worse, the tool cannot automatically detect candidate records saved outside EU-hosted servers, forcing me to cross-check every dataset manually. I wish developers would add Germany-specific audit export formats and real-time automated compliance alerts for regional privacy violations. **What problems is KPI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before this tool, every branch tracked performance and compliance on separate Excel files. Consolidating data for annual audits ate up weeks of work, and scattered records made it easy to overlook GDPR breaches. This KPI platform centralizes all cross-location metrics in one space, automatically surfaces privacy compliance issues early, and outputs uniform, auditor-friendly datasets. It drastically cuts my manual consolidation work and lowers regulatory risk across all our German agency branches. ### 2. Exporting files can also be done with much ease. It has great features for HR too. It is easy to install and has great customer support. **What do you dislike about KPI?** KPI is a excellent software but can be improved by working out on few features that are quite slow like while generating reports it takes a bit longer time. **Recommendations to others considering KPI:** KPI is very effective tool for small businesses and i would recommend it to all business lines as it is very user friendly and has unique display of dashboard. It meets our end to end daily requirements. It has wide range of HR features too. **What problems is KPI solving and how is that benefiting you?** KPI has best dashboard display and great HR features. It is very easy to understand and recording and displaying financial transactions. It can easily integrate with other tools. It is very pocket-friendly and has excellent customer support. ### 3.
