The system is intuitive and easy to use. I initially worried about the amount of written feedback we'd get by sending reference requests via email, but that hasn't been a problem at all. We consistently receive thorough references within 24 hours (usually less time). I would highly recommend this system to all recruiters. **What do you dislike about KodiakHR?** I can't think of anything that's a downside to using KodiakHR. If you ever have a question for a reference after receiving the KodiakHR report, you can always still reach out directly to follow up. **What problems is KodiakHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** I haven't seen any problems. It's a huge time saver and simplifies the offer decision process. We're able to turn around offer decisions quicker since this process is so fast. ### 2. Quick and easy interface makes it more likely that candidates upload references in a timely manner.
