**What do you like best about Klara?**

I like that Klara makes it easy for patients to connect with us, and we can solve queries without the need for a call. The system is easy to learn, and we found it simple to use. Setting up Klara was straightforward, just requiring an email for signup. Initially, we were a small team of about 7 to 8 people, but now more than 20 people use Klara.

**What do you dislike about Klara?**

I think Klara could improve the time it stays active on the website. It logs off after 30 minutes, which is a bit inconvenient for me.

**What problems is Klara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Klara to easily chat with patients about their appointment queries, medication refills, and records without calls. It simplifies connecting with patients and handling queries efficiently.

**What do you like best about Klara?**

I love using Klara for communicating with patients because it really allows for fast communication. I find the ease of the setup incredibly convenient, which means my team and I can start using it without any hassle. What stands out for me is how Klara organizes conversations efficiently, making it easier to keep track of patient interactions. Additionally, one of the valuable features of Klara is that patients are able to text pictures, which adds a level of accessibility and convenience in sharing necessary information quickly. Compared to the previous product we used, Klara offers more accessibility, making it a better choice for us overall.

**What do you dislike about Klara?**

I find Klara can be glitchy at times, which hinders its reliability during communication. Additionally, it's slow to update, which can be frustrating when immediate responses or actions are required.

**What problems is Klara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Klara for fast, organized patient communication, ease of setup, and accessibility, allowing patients to text pictures.

One downside of Klara is that it relies heavily on patients being comfortable with texting and smartphones, which can be challenging for older or less tech-savvy users. Sometimes notifications can be missed, leading to delays in communication. The platform also lacks more advanced automation or customization options for certain workflows. While overall effective, there's still room for improvement in adapting to diverse patient needs and preferences.

Klara is solving the problem of inefficient, time-consuming phone communication in healthcare settings. By offering secure, text-based messaging, it reduces phone tag and frees up staff time for more meaningful tasks. It's organized and user friendly. Allows you to text patients back and receive photos.

It allows established patients to create a new patient chart even though they already have a chart since they're established.

Klara shows time stamp which is great for our patients who reach out to us for cancellations.

Klara is very simple to use and super convenient. I love how smooth the experience feels, it keeps everything organized and makes communication so much easier.

Not much, but sometimes it works a little slow on Mondays.

There is nothing that I have found that I dislike with klara. Everything is going well.

**What do you like best about Klara?**

What I like best about Klara is it is HIPAA compliant and the ease in chatting with our patients as needed. You can customize groups for the messages to come to specific people in the practice. I like having the capability of reassigning a message to someone specific to handle for the patient.

**What do you dislike about Klara?**

I do not have anything that I do not like at this time.

As technology continues to be such a large part of everyone's everyday lives, the ease of texting the practice is sometimes more convenient than making a phone call.

**What do you like best about Klara?**

Klara has really improved our capacity on communicating with our patients. It has significalty reduced our outgoing calls.  We utilize it for self scheduling, as well, for routine eye exams with our Optometrists.  We are able to request information needed from our patients very quickly.  We also use it for estatements and surgery payment deposits.  It has helped streamline many of our manual processes.  Looking forward to future enhancements !  was easy to implement and is very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Klara?**

Klara needs to be whitelisted with Mod Med.  Also when a patient cancels or requests to reschedule, it takes the patient off the schedule - which is great.  But if the patien then turns around before the appointment and changes it to Confirm, it puts them back in that slot.  At times this creates double booking because that slot could have already been filled.

**What problems is Klara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having to make alot of outbound calls, especially from the call center.  So our answering phones percentage was extremely poor.  Having Klara being used by the call center has allowed our answer rate to be at 80% and higher for inbound calls.  We were struggling at 50% answer rate.  When a patient is scheduled an appt, either via the call center or after a check out, Klara automatically sends them their scheduled appt date and time.  We have been able to send requests for certain information and patients are able to submit it through Klara and it is imported into their chart.
