I am shocked at how flexible it is and how much we have been able to automate and integrate with other systems we use. Support is great, cost is incredibly low, and the options are endless. What problems is Kintone solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a multi step process that involves different departments and separate workflows that are managed in separate Kintone applications that link together and share information between them. It allows us to seamlessly work on order processing on 2 different levels at the same time to properly manage purchase orders and delivery of those items. We also have a customized set of documents that we need signed by our customers and all of that is automatically generated and sent out at the push of a button in Kintone because of integrations with other service providers. And all of this can be managed and run by the individual person assigned to each part of the process, which keeps everyone on track and aware of the work that is in their queue. "Simplified our "old way" of doing things"

What do you like best about Kintone?

When I started working here, the company had been using an excel sheet to do their daily and weekly reports. Often, someone would accidently save over the master, delete or change formulas, or save their version in different locations. This made things very difficult. It didn't take me very long to convert this into Kintone and centralize all of our reports into one location. We now use Kintone for many of our tracking processes every day, and it makes keeping track of everything so easy. When I do quarterly reports, exporting the right data is a snap. What's more, any time that I have a question or need help finding a solution, customer support is there for me. They make it too easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kintone is transforming the way we manage our data by providing a centralized database—something we previously lacked. With several hundred faculty members and nearly a thousand courses taught in our program over the past 70 years, this platform is streamlining information, allowing us to easily connect faculty to the courses they've taught and track how multiple instructors have taught a course over time. Additionally, we’re using Kintone to organize program enrollment and monitor registrations on a week-by-week basis. The ability to compare trends from previous years and visualize data through graphs has been invaluable. What do you like best about Kintone?

We needed to move our forecasting and pricing system out of excel into a database format. I love that we have all the functionality of excel with all the permissions and flexibility of a database. We were able to implement a fully functioning system in a fraction of the time and still have all the flexibility that we loved from excel. The migration went very well, and setup was a breeze. I have told several industry friends that they should look into Kintone. We use it everyday with our entire team and we integrate it into our domo system for reporting. What do you like best about Kintone?

I like that it is a Zapier friendly and a user friendly database that I can tailor to the specific needs of an individual organization I serve. The fact that you can administer users for different access levels is great for working with groups and agencies outside of your organization. It is a great collaboration tool!

Kintone is incredibly flexible and useful. As a small / nonprofit business consultant, I always recommend Kintone for accomplishing specific tasks for the organization. Kintone allows me to create effective and efficient means of collecting and reporting data based on what the organization needs and not what some other software provider would say that they need.

Customer service is phenomenal. I have not had better service with any other type of software vendor than what I receive from Kintone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kintone?

Kintone does have chart features, but I wish they were more forward facing. As it is, I typically export the .csv data and then create my own chart. What I find myself doing, is using a separate, dedicated web browser to access Kintone, and a different browser for our ticketing system.
