**What do you like best about Kickbite?**

I wanted to have a single source of truth for the performance of our online marketing channels. The ability to see both click and view conversions has transformed how we evaluate upper-funnel channels, making it clear that platforms like Facebook and TikTok Ads are indeed effective. Additionally, having detailed insights at all campaign levels has allowed me to improve our ROAS by at least 20%, which is a significant boost.

**What do you dislike about Kickbite?**

While I appreciate many features, there’s no way to create more custom reports tailored for quarterly or yearly analyses. This limitation makes it challenging when trying to compare key performance indicators over time in a table format. Furthermore, the attribution comparison feature could be enhanced; currently, it only shows absolute numbers without context against costs or impressions.

**What problems is Kickbite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tracking and attribution capabilities have solved my need for clarity regarding channel performance—no longer do I need to prove that paid social ads work; it's evident from their ROAS metrics. By identifying seasonal trends in product sales through various campaigns, I've been able to adjust my advertising strategies effectively throughout the year. Overall, these insights streamline decision-making processes and enhance our marketing efficiency significantly.

The data provided is unparalleled and allows us to make informed decisions that we couldn't achieve otherwise. It significantly enhances our ability to allocate budgets effectively across various campaigns. Additionally, the insights into ROAS are invaluable, making it easier to understand which channels drive revenue.

While it offers great features, there are still some inconsistencies in tracking that need addressing. For instance, differentiating between lead generation activities and final conversions can be challenging as they appear grouped together. This limitation sometimes complicates our analysis of campaign performance.

**What problems is Kickbite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary issue of lacking insight into conversion attribution has been resolved, allowing us a clearer overview of paid campaign KPIs. This leads to less manual analysis and enables faster decision-making processes within my team. Ultimately, this results in more efficient budget allocation across platforms like Google Ads and Meta, enhancing overall marketing effectiveness.

**What do you like best about Kickbite?**

We chose this tool to accurately track revenues across various channels. It allows us to analyze how each channel and campaign performs, enabling targeted adjustments to our marketing strategy. The clear visibility into successful campaigns and the ease of switching between attribution models have significantly enhanced our decision-making process.

**What do you dislike about Kickbite?**

While I find the overall experience positive, there are moments when I wish certain features were more customizable. Occasionally, navigating through deeper campaign levels can be slightly overwhelming due to the amount of data presented. However, these minor issues don't overshadow the substantial benefits we gain from using it.

**What problems is Kickbite solving and how is that benefiting you?**
