Kestone’s platform’s end-to-end delivery model right from them connecting us with the target audience to implementing data-driven techniques, and now with AI bot assistant which is the first such bot introduced for the virtual events industry, is what makes them standout. Best part of their platform is that it’s extremely seamless and user-friendly yet immersive and presents a visually customizable rich environment. They have given a new makeover to old school video conferences and has unlocked multi-faceted opportunities for exhibitors, marketers across industries and sectors to engage, collaborate and communicate through carefully planted touch-points. What do you like best about VOSMOS Events?

The virtual platform was very easy to use. It was almost as good as being at an event in person. The platform was easy for non technologically savvy attendees, the platform background was easy on the eyes and the rooms were comfortable to sit in and watch the webinars. The exhibitor booth area was also great. We could have many organizations there to have a presence. Attendees were glad they were able to have all of the same services while we are not allowed to have an in person meeting. They really expressed they enjoyed the ease of use and the eye appeal. More instruction leading up to the event would have been helpful. More guidance and walk through of exactly what to expect would have certainly made the day go smoother. We were able to solve the issue of not having the ability to host an in person event. The platform was very user-friendly and helpful to most participants. We realize that we were able to reach a lot of people across the state using a virtual platform that we would not necessarily have reached by holding this event in person.

"Consistently helpful and great communication"

What do you like best about VOSMOS Events?

I think the most helpful thing about kestone is the consistent communciation. I liked that there were meetings held to discuss the event but also if something had to be changed it was easy to communicate via email and quickly done too! Communication is key and I think the communication across the team was great. This was my first time working with another platform and it was really easy to understand everything despite being new! What problems is VOSMOS Events solving and how is that benefiting you?

As far as benefits I like that the attendee has a virtual experience and people can still see a production despite all the speakers being in different locations. I also like that there is interactive chat/Q&A allowing attendees to interact. I think the only problem (not on Kestone) is the internet because unfortunately if a speaker has bad connection it reflects on the platform-but overall I think everything is great! What do you like best about VOSMOS Events?

The best part about Kestone is that they have most of the capabilities to handle a virtual event on a turnkey basis. They can handle a virtual event right from the production, platform, audience building etc. They have most of the integrated event capabiilities in-house. They have a strong inhouse creative team too and helped us with a lot of custom design options that suited our needs and matched our brand guidlines. What do you dislike about VOSMOS Events?

I would not say that I dislike it, but if you do a virtual event, you may not be able to make last moment changes; that's the limitation of any virtual platform. We faced some issues with them in terms of audience building . Some of the attendees who registered were not relevant. We were looking for an integrated agency that could handle most aspects of our virtual event. We did not want to deal with multiple agencies. This helped us have a single point of contact for all our needs. They also had a global presence which helped trying to look for international speaker and MC options. Not being able to access the back of house led to excessive use of Kestone staff and increased costs. The networking didn't operate as envisioned.

Doesn't typically run high-rez video. Lack of avatars that represented diversity of audience. No integration with EventBrite. Slow communication with tech staff during event.
