The team at Kestone has been nothing but great to work with. Not only do they understand the objectives of the project/campaign but they also understand the contraints and challenges - They think creatively and work their way around it. Kestone has first started working with Global Cisco IoT last year and they are now working with us on different projects: Digital event, platform and campaign. Our attendees thought it was very user-friendly and the closest experience they could have that resembled a live, in-person conference. The only negative feedback was from the presenter's side of the platform. A majority of our presenters like to engage in the audience and read their visual cues so not having a two-way streaming platform made it a little more challenging for them to feed off the audience and cater to their interest. We didn't initially realize the length of time this would take, although having now gone through the process, it all makes sense. They delivered a great product. All the environments were customizable. And finally keystone Project coordinator Simon Hancock was really helpful with the timelines and last minute changes as well.
