Its been around a long time and is a very polished product. It is affordable, and the bundles I get through Techs Together, lets me keep my overhead low. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think a complete solution would be nice, from a workstation and server standpoint. If my subscription at a base evel included backups both file and image, with patch management and those bells and whistles it would be great. It would let small shops, and one man operations focus more on the work than balancing out which licenses go where. Again Techs Together, does a pretty good job with that.
