Kaptify is a leading provider of Win/Loss services and software. We conduct interviews with prospective buyers to discover the real reasons you won or lost, and then deliver the insights back to you in our software platform. In addition to Win/Loss insights, Kaptify also delivers Win-back deals back to your sales pipeline. We&#39;re able to re-open 1 out of every 4 loss deals we interview, and on average we can drive about $500k of new revenue for every 100 interviews we conduct.

**What do you like best about Kaptify?**

I appreciate Kaptify for having a fair and understanding approach in their questioning. I respect them for probing in a way that opened up some thoughts on our side, which might make us reconsider in the future. I recommend Kaptify to any business looking to get consumer feedback, as I think they do a great job. Their user feedback sessions and the way they meet with stakeholders of agreements or prospective clients are very helpful. I found their questions to be very intriguing and probing, posed in a kind and respectful manner, with a clear context of why they are reaching out. I appreciated their openness and honesty in the questions they were asking, which was all engaging and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Kaptify?**

I dont have any negative feedback to Kaptify

**What problems is Kaptify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think Kaptify's probing questions during user feedback sessions are very helpful for understanding why deals are lost and could assist in deal renewal strategies.

**What do you like best about Kaptify?**

The team's  (& esp Brennon's) knowledge of B2B SaaS is top notch. They ask the right questions to interviewees in a comfortable manner.

The win loss platform is also solid & evolving fast. Pricing for the overall offering is top notch.

**What do you dislike about Kaptify?**

Not much to dislike, as Kaptify is evolving fast. The product requests we ask for are delivered with an efficient TAT.

**Recommendations to others considering Kaptify:**

Evaluate their offering vs the other premium solutions. Receiving 2X insights with Kaptify

**What problems is Kaptify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interviews with customers & prospects (whether won or lost) give a clearer picture of how we should be evolving our business & product to suit their needs.

Candid interviews with customers via Kaptify help us understand how we can serve our users better. 
Loss & churn interviews also help us capture & build on pain points which would have otherwise been lost.

**What do you like best about Kaptify?**

What I like best about Kaptify is how accessible and easy the data displays in the platform. Win/Loss data has been hard to digest for our organization and the platform makes it super easy to access key insights and action them.

**What do you dislike about Kaptify?**

At times the processing of the win/loss data takes longer than I would like. We can action quickly off of data early and I'd like to see a new interview as soon as I can.

**Recommendations to others considering Kaptify:**

I would compare the platform features of Kaptify with the top ranked Win/Loss providers. From my experience, the Kaptify platform is much more versatile and has more actionable features than the big guys.

**What problems is Kaptify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The first problem Kaptify solved was visibility into our client needs. They uncovered key peices of feedback (after sale service needs, response times, etc...) that our customers were not telling us that allowed us to turn around key accounts. Secondly, their interviews showed past customers that we are interested in improving and unlocked new job opportunities with those customers that we thought we had lost.

**What do you like best about Kaptify?**

Brennon. He's a great partner and developer. He listens to our request, has learned a lot about our product and competitors, and responds quickly.

**What do you dislike about Kaptify?**

No complaints here. Kaptify is constantly evolving. And where the product doesn't provide for the exact thing we're looking for, they help us manually find it. They're moving fast and going place. Happy to be on the journey with them.

**What problems is Kaptify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kaptify is helping us collect thorough win/loss qualitative data. They've been very flexible with the seasonality of our business and allow us to conduct all of our interviews over certain months. The product is also structured in a way that makes it easy for us to process the data and assess the impact on our business.

**What do you like best about Kaptify?**

Extremely receptive to feedback. Suggestions I've made get implemented quickly and they approach feedback with curiosity. They want to make the best product possible and help their customers achieve their goals. They're constantly iterating on the platform and trying to add additional value for their users.

**What do you dislike about Kaptify?**

We're B2B and we look for a specific mix of customers/prospects (segmented based on size) that we want to hear from. Larger customers/prospects are harder to get ahold of so we don't always achieve the exact mix we want each month. However, Kaptify will adjust their strategies whenever this happens to help us get to where we want to be by the month.

**Recommendations to others considering Kaptify:**

If you're looking for affordable and quality win/loss interviews, Kaptify is definitely a great option. I evaluated their competitors and found you pay a lot more and get a lot less.

**What problems is Kaptify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kaptify helps us connect with our prospect and customer base to  uncover unbiased insights into why they decide to choose our product or another one. These insights help fuel our understanding of our ICP, identify areas of strength and opportunity, and keep the organization informed on key trends.
