What I like best about Kaptify is how accessible and easy the data displays in the platform. Win/Loss data has been hard to digest for our organization and the platform makes it super easy to access key insights and action them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kaptify?

Extremely receptive to feedback. Suggestions I've made get implemented quickly and they approach feedback with curiosity. They want to make the best product possible and help their customers achieve their goals. They're constantly iterating on the platform and trying to add additional value for their users. What do you dislike about Kaptify?

We're B2B and we look for a specific mix of customers/prospects (segmented based on size) that we want to hear from. Larger customers/prospects are harder to get ahold of so we don't always achieve the exact mix we want each month.
