**What do you like best about Kakiyo?**

I find the Kakiyo dashboard very neat and well-organized. It's easy to manage multiple profiles per account, which is convenient for managing multiple colleagues per company without having to create multiple accounts. It's also easy to purchase additional credits. The initial installation of Kakiyo was super simple and everything is well-structured, so I know exactly what I need to do and fill in.

**What do you dislike about Kakiyo?**

For now, if I want to generate a lead list via Kakiyo and then use Dutch search terms for job titles, Kakiyo automatically changes this to English. This is unfortunate, as there are certain roles in each country that are addressed in the local language, which in my case is Dutch, not English.

**What problems is Kakiyo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Kakiyo, I automate the entire LinkedIn sales system for myself and my clients. I can manage multiple colleagues per company without separate accounts. It also allows me to effortlessly automate outreach and follow-up.

**What do you like best about Kakiyo?**

Literally as close to set it and forget it as possible when it comes to Linkedin, it was extremely easy to integrate and implement on multiple clients. All while giving our team the option to really be as hands on in customization when necessary - which is pretty important as I'm always very hesitant to try new tools when it comes to our clients, especially when it comes to automation. Customer support is great, and the founders have been pretty easy to get a hold of, which is a good sign (hope that doesn't change much!).

**What do you dislike about Kakiyo?**

Not really much to dislike, I just wish there were more features for their lead finder feature. Though I know their internal team mentioned that it's going to be priority for next quarter, so pretty excited for it being all-in-one.

**What problems is Kakiyo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It used to take our team hours every single day to manage every single one of our client's outreach on Linkedin, especially when it comes to the message and sequence crafting and even just making sure we add new prospects daily - and after working with their team, we've really been able to automate almost all of our operational tasks and focus on fewer more important tasks like making sure we only have to worry about the ICPs and personas.

**What do you like best about Kakiyo?**

What I like is that it genuinely sounds natural, and it’s sharp enough to avoid the obvious giveaways that it’s an AI agent.

**What do you dislike about Kakiyo?**

You can’t simply replace LinkedIn profiles. If you want to swap out a profile, you have to delete the entire campaign or team and start over.
Edit:; One of the support guys laughed at me for saying this, even if I'm wrong here I find it unprofessional and rude for him to do that instead of offering any type of support. .

Lead generation, it has helped me get answers on linkedin from some of my top targets, who ended up visiting  our company website and requesting additional info as the goal of the campaign intended.

**What do you like best about Kakiyo?**

I like that you can adjust the prompt at any time and test how it sounds, and that you can improve it from run to run. Everything sounds very natural, and the adjustments ensure that the messages sound more like me or how I want to communicate with people. As a result, the messages come across as very appreciative, not like sales and not too pushy. Additionally, the setup was surprisingly easy.

**What do you dislike about Kakiyo?**

The selection of leads is problematic. You upload a list, but it is very difficult to adjust it again.

**What problems is Kakiyo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kakiyo helps me stay on top of LinkedIn messages and simultaneously connect with selected profiles. It responds naturally, better than I or a team could, and virtually replaces an external person for sales.

**What do you like best about Kakiyo?**

I appreciate that Kakiyo sends connection requests and messages on LinkedIn in a very measured way. A connection request every 20 to 30 minutes and ensuring there is a natural interval between messages before a new one is sent. This feels very natural and prevents people from being perceived as annoying.

**What do you dislike about Kakiyo?**

Well, what is strange is that I can't really see when someone has sent me a message on LinkedIn. Because Kakiyo opens them, of course. So those messages are never unread for me, but already read. And that way, I sometimes miss quite important messages from people. So that could really be improved.

Kakiyo helps me in finding quality leads for my LinkedIn outreach.

The onboarding process is very straight forward. Setting up your company account is, extracting company specifics is working great to help customize your outreach as much as possible.
Creating a multilevel outreach campaign is getting easy with only a few clicks and properly designed prompts.

**What do you dislike about Kakiyo?**

"Already connected LinkedIn Accounts" are also considered as "invites sent", which is a bit misleading.

**What problems is Kakiyo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to automate my outreach in a very personal and way. The Agents get trained very good on my specific product and offering and really understand my ICPs challenges.

At times, the app can be somewhat confusing when it comes to knowing if and when the AI will respond to a user's message. I wish the response time was quicker, and it would be helpful to have a way to see in advance whether an interaction is going to happen.

I like that Kakiyo is trainable. I can train the AI to respond completely in my voice. This helps me customize my outreach while still being able to scale. It's really useful in a social media environment with a lot of generic and automated content.

Sometimes there are things to improve with Kakiyo. The response time of the support team could be improved. I believe, for some people, the initial setup will require some training.
