What do you like best about JustPaid?

I really appreciate the automation part of JustPaid, which has made our invoicing and follow-ups start to be automated and go much smoother. I also like the integration with all our existing tools, as it plugs directly into them and maps our billing flows effectively. What do you like best about JustPaid?

I appreciate the flexibility of JustPaid, which allows us to have adjustable billing across different aspects without complicated steps. This streamlined approach significantly simplifies the billing process in our health tech company. Additionally, I love how easy and quick the initial setup was after switching from manual billing and QuickBooks. We just had to upload all the contracts, and it took us less than a few days to onboard. This efficiency lets us focus on other critical business aspects rather than getting bogged down by technical difficulties. The automation of ingesting contracts and sending invoices is remarkable, fitting perfectly within our workflow and supporting our usage-based billing model effectively. What do you dislike about JustPaid?

I think the reports functionality in JustPaid still needs to be customized for our needs. The current reports are not trustworthy, and we require more customization options. Specifically, I would like to see metrics like product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led growth displayed on the user interface, with the ability to differentiate them across multiple entities. What do you like best about JustPaid?

I appreciate JustPaid's very affordable pricing and how the team is highly accommodating with our needs. The software allows us to automate a lot of mundane tasks, which significantly boosts our efficiency, especially when it comes to invoicing people and sending reminders. I am impressed by the quick setup process; we were able to onboard successfully on the first call and set up most of our customer contracts swiftly. What do you dislike about JustPaid?

JustPaid has a couple of areas that I find challenging. One issue is the presence of minor bugs, which seem to be a common hiccup in many software tools, and addressing these bugs could improve the overall user experience. Another aspect that could be improved is the ability to charge customers in their current currency. What do you like best about JustPaid?

I love that AR finally feels “grown-up” without us hiring a big finance team. JustPaid.ai took our messy mix of spreadsheets, email templates, and manual reminders and turned it into a clean, automated flow. This is the first software that has made financial management of my company and all the subsequent decisions extremely easy. I can't tell you how this says help with projections and other decisions during the different quarters of the year.. Getting customers isn't the same as getting their money. The actual mechanic can be frustrating and hard to scale as every counter part might have a different system. JustPaid helps with all of that.
