
I appreciate JustPaid's very affordable pricing and how the team is highly accommodating with our needs. The software allows us to automate a lot of mundane tasks, which significantly boosts our efficiency, especially when it comes to invoicing people and sending reminders. I am impressed by the quick setup process; we were able to onboard successfully on the first call and set up most of our customer contracts swiftly. JustPaid has a couple of areas that I find challenging. One issue is the presence of minor bugs, which seem to be a common hiccup in many software tools, and addressing these bugs could improve the overall user experience. Another aspect that could be improved is the ability to charge customers in their current currency.
