**What do you like best about Jotform?**

Jotform is very easy to use and saves a lot of time when creating forms. The drag-and-drop interface makes it simple to build professional forms without technical skills. I especially like the wide range of templates, integrations, and automation features that help streamline workflows and collect data efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

Some advanced features are only available in the paid plans, and the pricing can feel a bit high for smaller organizations. Occasionally, the form editor can also be a little slow when working with very large or complex forms.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jotform helps us collect and organize information efficiently without needing complex systems or manual data entry. **What do you like best about Jotform?**

I like that Jotform is simple to set up and also simple for my customers to use. It's a lot easier for my customers to find products, upload images, and make payments all in one place instead of having to email images and pay through a different app. Everything is all-inclusive, which saves time and makes the process smooth for everyone.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I did just have to upgrade because the amount of data that it stores was low.

Jotform makes it easier for my customers to upload images and complete orders quickly. It simplifies finding products, uploading images, and making payments all in one place, avoiding the hassle of emailing images and using different apps.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I really enjoy using Jotform because it makes it very easy to create forms, and it's got a lot of powerful features. It's very rich and robust, which allows me to make changes to a website by just signing in. I particularly like the richness and robustness of the features and the conditional logic and different form fields available. It seems like Jotform has way more options and flexibility compared to some of the other WordPress plugin forms I've used historically. As a web developer with over twenty years of experience, the ability to offer more options to my clients is very valuable.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

Well, the probably my biggest beef with Jotform is the AI part of it is really horrible. I spent nearly two days trying to get AI to build what I thought was a very simple form. AI just really stumbled over itself, and I was just so frustrated. I was ready to give up on Jotform altogether. Plus, it made it very difficult for me to get in touch with a human being that could help me. Once I did get in touch with a human being, they were able to solve the problem immediately. The initial setup was fine. The setting up the form doing the first form was a nightmare.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jotform to easily create forms with powerful, rich features and make website changes by just signing in. Its conditional logic and redirect capabilities allow more interactive user experiences and options for my clients.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I love how simple Jotform is to use and that you can also customize almost anything to your brand’s vision! Everything is very user-friendly. It makes it beneficial because I do not have to rely on generic templates and can make it look the way I’d like it to. Jotform gives more of a website feel for clients, and the initial setup was very, very easy.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

A smaller window of being able to contact customer service if I have concerns.

Jotform cuts out the need for paperwork, offering an innovative, handheld experience for clients. I love its simplicity, user-friendly interface, and customization options, allowing me to tailor everything to my brand's vision without relying on generic templates. **What do you like best about Jotform?**

I love everything about Jotform. The logical conditioning is a big plus because it reduces back-and-forth communication with clients by 90%. The ability to customize visuals is great; I can match the form's colors to our branding, which our clients appreciate. It's exciting that the logical conditioning prevents client frustration by not forcing them to answer irrelevant questions. The ease of use is another aspect I enjoy; the initial setup was very easy, which made adopting Jotform simple for us.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I think the only thing I wish is being able to make the questions tighter together. We are very much used to a tighter format between lines. Not being able to do that makes some forms too long if we want to make them typeable PDFs. Adding the option to make everything more condensed and customize how condensed we want it, like having two to three fields on one line.

Jotform solves data collection issues, ensuring clients answer required questions which reduces communication by 90%.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I use Jotform for lead capturing and AI chat bot. It helps me create fast forms that can easily integrate with third-party CRMs and other platforms, which has always been a breeze for me. I've used JotForm since its beginnings, and the ease of use has always been the best part. I need to connect JotForm to other CRMs like Odoo and Excel tables, and the process has always been easy. I love that it's easy and user-friendly, with many integrations. The initial setup was super easy, and I also use Zapier to connect it to CRMs.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I use the calendar widget and it doesn't let me create exceptions of open dates. If I mark that a specific date in the week is closed it doesn't let me make an exception so it's opened.

I use Jotform for creating fast forms that integrate easily with CRMs and other platforms. It's easy and user-friendly with many integrations, making connections to tools like Odoo and Excel a breeze.

The thing I like best about Jotform is the ease in which I can edit the forms based on feedback I receive from my team to make the forms more and more detailed and relevant to our daily needs.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I would say the one thing that I dislike about Jotform is that without enterprise level I can only have one user.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jotform is solving a problem that we had with inspections. We had been doing them on paper forms, but the techs would misplace these, we couldn't read their writing, entering the paper forms took extra time, etc... The Jotforms have removed all of these obstacles.

I really appreciate how easy it was to get started with Jotform using their AI assistant, which helped us quickly build the form exactly as we needed it, saving a significant amount of time upfront. It allowed us to complete a project in under two weeks that we thought would take months. Collecting consistent data across over 100 vehicles, including photos and reports, and having it all in one place was fantastic. The seamless deployment made it easy to share the form across multiple facilities and users, even those with varying levels of technical experience. Jotform works smoothly across different devices, including phones and tablets, which is critical for our team in the field. It made a complex operational task simple, efficient, and scalable. **What do you like best about Jotform?**

I love how easy Jotform was to create and how easy it is to change anything we need. We can customize it to meet our needs for what we use it for. Every animal is different, so we are able to customize a contract or a form to meet either their new family needs or explain the needs of an animal. The initial setup was very easy, and we got used to it quickly. It allows us to get contracts in their hands immediately, which works great for us.

Jotform allows us to get contracts into adopters' hands immediately and customize forms for each animal's needs, making form creation and modification easy and highly adaptable.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I use Jotform to sell products to my customers, and it keeps me organized and my customers happy with its easy design. I no longer have to worry about paper contracts or misunderstandings on terms and conditions, desired products, or even dates and times. What I love most about Jotform is the amount of options I have in the creation of my form; I can make it fit the product and my business structure. I also love how it integrates with my Square point of sale, allowing me to have access to my funds immediately. The initial setup was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I wish the emails I get after a product is sold would show more details. Sometimes I have to login and view submissions just to see all the form fields that was filled out. I tried fixing this feature but no luck yet. I would like to see the full form in its entirety after a product is bought.

Jotform keeps me organized, eliminates paper contracts, reduces misunderstandings, and integrates with Square for instant fund access, improving my selling process.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

It's extremely user friendly. It was so easy to upload the form and get it to those who needed to sign it. I loved being able to go back in and see who had signed and who still needed to sign, as well as being able to download a copy of the signed document.

I have truly not found anything that I dislike about this yet

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to get a document signed right away by 25 people and this was the best and easiest solution for me.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I really like how user friendly the forms are and how easy they are to create. I use them for my small business and they have been wonderful. This is a great way to avoid paper copies.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

Sometimes it can be difficult if you have a list of items (I have a list of add ons) and moving them up or down within the list can be a pain sometimes. Re-ordering them has been my biggest struggle so far.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving the issue of me needing to get forms signed and doing it electronically. My business is small and I do not want a full system so this has been very effective in helping me run my business.

I want to gather industry wide insights from clients in Family Office and for the same I wanted to built a survey with option of advanced questions. Jotform came to rescue as it offers plethora of options to do so. I'm really happy with the product.

2. To clarify, only HIPAA compliance is locked under the Gold plan. Payment gateways, however, are available even in the free plan, so you can integrate them without needing to upgrade.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I use Jotform to accept referrals and patient medical information for our oral surgery clinic. Moving to online referrals exponentially improved our referral processing process. We've saved literally hundreds of hours per month by eliminating data entry, and it's improved the quality of the data captured. We're also able to see more patients. I like that it provides HIPAA compliant standards, which matters since we're in the medical world, and that gives our patients security. I also like that it's been very easy to set up the forms and build in the business logic, so I can turn around form updates on the fly and very quickly. I can do it myself without having to use expensive consulting resources. One recent thing I did was implement e-signatures, which saved us literally dozens of hours each month and saved a ton of paper, since we were able to combine a number of forms that were previously sent out manually into one big form. It streamlined the process for the patient, saved a ton of office administration time, and we have an e-signature on record without having to save it in a paper file folder. I integrate it with Google Sheets and automate some of the process to get email notifications when certain events or milestones happen. Setup was very easy. I have intermediate IT experience and understand basic database and form building concepts, and I was able to build the forms out very quickly.

For me, what I like most about Jotform is the order it allows me to maintain. Collect all the information from my clients and have it organized in something similar to Excel, which I then transfer to my Drive, and it automatically pulls all the data and organizes it in a more digestible way to be able to explain it to the entire internal team.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

Specifically, something happens to me where columns in my forms have disappeared. Sometimes I receive emails with the client's information as if they had already filled out the form, but when I check, that's not the case. It also becomes very slow, and although I know it could have more capacity, it's already very slow with only half of the storage space used. This is something I don't like. Additionally, the price keeps increasing. I used to pay 200 dollars, 220 dollars, and now it has gone up to 400, almost double. This is too much, so I would lower my recommendation, not because of the usage but because of the price.

Jotform helps me organize my clients' warranty claims and catalog the information efficiently. I like it because it arranges my clients' information in an Excel-like style, which makes it easier to analyze and track.

It's great to have all the information in a clean, neat list which I can download and upload into another program, eliminating the hassle of deciphering bad handwriting. The Product List feature was particularly helpful because it allowed us to estimate expenses, including tax and shipping costs, before orders were placed. The accessibility of form creation is a big plus, as the elements were easy to add, customize, and manipulate to fit our needs. I also appreciate the different options for viewing form submissions and the ability to export responses. The ability to attach a price to each item for a running total and order limits was crucial for our project. Setup was very simple too!

It was frustrating not knowing beforehand what the free account limits would be. This was a very short-term project, with a quick turnaround time. With all of the red tape that comes with NPOs, it was frustrating to find that certain elements of our form would no longer be functioning - and eventually that we would no longer be able to receive submissions at all. Some more transparency or notification of element/form submission limits would be useful. It took us some time to get approval for the funds to activate a paid account, and we could have missed a lot of requests had we not gotten approval.

I would like to be able to change the uploaded template as I create the form. Right now, I have to upload a completed template that does not change as I change the form.  The home screen is a bit complex. It would be better if I was able to click into the form or document I have created and then given options instead of the choices being on the right. When I first started using Jotform it took me a while to notice all of the options on the right, I am used to clicking on an item and then being given more choices instead in Jotform you have to 'hunt' for the ability to move on from just choosing the appropriate form. It was ok, but I have to admit that with Google Form being free, I was somewhat disappointed in how much I had to pay for this...worth it so far though.

I like that there are many customizations available. I spent a good amount of time looking for a platform that could handle my specific needs for to create an order form, and jotform was able to tick all the boxes as well as some I hadn't thought of yet. It was relatively easy to set up my form, and when I ran into some confusion, I sent it to their support team and was surprised by how quickly (and correctly) my question was answered.

I do wish that reporting was a little more robust and/or easier to understand, at least for item order forms, specifically. There are some customizations not possible within the item ordering module that aren't possible because of the way it's handled, but overall it is doing the job for me.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

Jotform is incredibly versatile. We are a nonprofit theatre company and use this Jotform in almost every department - audition sign ups, contracts, board member pledges, applications, and so much more. Anytime we need to gather information, we immediately go to Jotform because it is so easy to build forms and collect responses. When responses come in, the inbox and data spreadsheet are perfect to share with directors or collaborators. I almost always have a Jotform tab open because I use it nearly every day.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

We struggled a bit when we first started using the contract feature. That wasn't quite as intuitive as the regular forms, but we quickly figured it out! I really can't think of anything we dislike.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We frequently gather information that we need multiple people to be able to access and because of Jotform, we are able to do this quickly and efficiently and in a way that is simple for everyone. Jotform streamlines a lot of of processes including audition forms and gathering surveys and interviews from cast members. Having the ability to ask for file uploads for videos, photos, and documents is incredibally valuable so that we have all of the data in one place. And being able to allow people to schedule appointments is amazing - especially because the sign up/schedule feature is endlessly flexible and customizable. Overall, Jotform is benefitting us by saving time and keeping us organized.

I use Jotform for building various forms like Lead Capture, Subscription, Survey, and Service Forms, as well as Weekly Sales Records. I love how it offers a central platform for collecting essential information and payments easily, with high integration capabilities. Creating a Subscription Plan and connecting to GoCardless is super easy and effective. Jotform's flexibility allows me to create any tool I need to run my business more efficiently without needing to learn coding or hire developers, saving both time and money. It accelerates my progress and provides a modern way to interact with customers, salespeople, and manage data accurately. I find it easy to use the forms once created and appreciate the different ways I can link to them, even offline, through text, email, letters using QR codes, Facebook Ads, and links on my website. I'm very impressed, and I would recommend it to anyone, especially small businesses starting out.
