We have multiple sites and it is so easy to use! I like the easy navigation tabs/panes. **What do you dislike about Jenzabar One?** It can seem a little outdated at times, the look is a little bulky and blocky when operating it. **Recommendations to others considering Jenzabar One:** Nice system for a smaller college, would not get for a giant university. **What problems is Jenzabar One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Major benefits are having all of our students in one place and it also communicates with our online portal! ### 2. Lots of features **What do you dislike about Jenzabar One?** A little complicated in some places and lacking in easy integration with other platforms and tools. Data in and out can be a challenge. **Recommendations to others considering Jenzabar One:** Pay careful attention to where you might want to increase functionality, as it can be challenging to add in later. **What problems is Jenzabar One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Distributed payroll tracking and approvals, budget planning and student records. ### 3. After using it for my first couple days, I was very comfortable with it. **What do you dislike about Jenzabar One?** The interface could be spruced up a bit, but that's just my design background. **Recommendations to others considering Jenzabar One:** If you're in the habit of entering and managing a lot of data, go this route. You won't regret it. **What problems is Jenzabar One solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allowed for us to enter students and edit their information with ease. ### 4. It's a bit intimidating at first. Our University uses it as the main database that holds all the student information, so there are a lot of pieces to it that make it confusing. However, once you know the areas you do need to use, it's not bad. When they make an update, there are almost always glitches with the upgrades which require work from our IT group and some waiting on behalf of the users. **Recommendations to others considering Jenzabar One:** Let a bunch of people try it before you decide on it especially if you're using it widely across the University for multiple functions (reg, enrollment, retention, database, etc). **What problems is Jenzabar One solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps everyone at the University be on the same page about the student. ### 5. In theory, great features. Easy to keep track of communications from a marketing perspective, and track users from the web-to-lead form. **What do you dislike about Jenzabar One?** It's a little dated, and often, we had issues segmenting lists by too many requirements. As a small school, I have no idea how larger schools would ever be able to use this. **What problems is Jenzabar One solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's great to have everything all in one place. We came from an in-house, home-grown system so the transition was a little rocky, but it's WAY better than before. However, coming from outside the education industry, there is a lot that isn't executed well - difficulty segmenting lists, not much capability for social integration without extreme cost, etc. ### 6.
