"Jeenie Makes Zoom Meetings Seamless!!"
What do you like best about Jeenie?

I really like that we can integrate this tool into our Zoom meetings on demand and connect with an interpreter within minutes. I also appreciate that there are over 80 languages available for translation. It’s genuinely changed the way we think about communicating with our clients, allowing us to focus on their problems instead of getting stuck on communication barriers. What do you dislike about Jeenie?

The only thing I dislike about Jeenie is that when you’re trying to connect with an interpreter on demand, the language options are somewhat limited. What do you like best about Jeenie?

I appreciate Jeenie for providing real-time interpretation, ensuring clear and accurate communication with patients who speak different languages. This is essential for improving patient care and satisfaction, and reducing the risk of miscommunication. I also like that it saves staff time by providing interpreters on demand and streamlines administrative tasks like account management and billing. The quality and reliability of Jeenie interpreters are impressive, along with the ease of use across devices and programs. The ongoing support from our Client Success Manager, Pete, is invaluable with his responsiveness, guidance, and check-ins that help us troubleshoot issues quickly. Overall, Jeenie allows us to provide high-quality, efficient services while controlling costs and supporting our staff in delivering excellent patient care, making it a partner we will continue to rely on and expand across Care Ring. What do you dislike about Jeenie?
