For some languages, it also takes more time to schedule with an interpreter because you have to schedule them interpreter in advance. **Recommendations to others considering Jeenie:** When you need an on-demand interpreter for commonly used languages, this tool comes in handy almost every time. The app also offers other languages that require more advanced scheduling, but it’s still worth it to be able to connect with an interpreter on your time and on your terms when you’re trying to bridge communication gaps or challenges you may be encountering with someone else. The application is available for download on smartphones, and you can use it on the web as well. You can also connect the app to Zoom so you can use it and integrate it into your Zoom meetings. **What problems is Jeenie solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using this product has helped us bridge the gap between what our staff can do on their own and the support they can access at their fingertips with this tool.
