**What do you like best about Jeenie?**

I really like that we can integrate this tool into our Zoom meetings on demand and connect with an interpreter within minutes. I also appreciate that there are over 80 languages available for translation. It’s genuinely changed the way we think about communicating with our clients, allowing us to focus on their problems instead of getting stuck on communication barriers.

**What do you dislike about Jeenie?**

The only thing I dislike about Jeenie is that when you’re trying to connect with an interpreter on demand, the language options are somewhat limited. For some languages, it also takes more time to schedule with an interpreter because you have to schedule them interpreter in advance.

**Recommendations to others considering Jeenie:**

When you need an on-demand interpreter for commonly used languages, this tool comes in handy almost every time. The app also offers other languages that require more advanced scheduling, but it’s still worth it to be able to connect with an interpreter on your time and on your terms when you’re trying to bridge communication gaps or challenges you may be encountering with someone else. The application is available for download on smartphones, and you can use it on the web as well. You can also connect the app to Zoom so you can use it and integrate it into your Zoom meetings.

**What problems is Jeenie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using this product has helped us bridge the gap between what our staff can do on their own and the support they can access at their fingertips with this tool. With it available for all of our staff to communicate with clients, it’s been changing the way we reach out to our clients and make a difference in the communities we serve. Our staff has been using this translation tool both out in the field and in the office, and it has improved how we connect and communicate day to day.

**What do you like best about Jeenie?**

I appreciate Jeenie for providing real-time interpretation, ensuring clear and accurate communication with patients who speak different languages. This is essential for improving patient care and satisfaction, and reducing the risk of miscommunication. I also like that it saves staff time by providing interpreters on demand and streamlines administrative tasks like account management and billing. The quality and reliability of Jeenie interpreters are impressive, along with the ease of use across devices and programs. The ongoing support from our Client Success Manager, Pete, is invaluable with his responsiveness, guidance, and check-ins that help us troubleshoot issues quickly. Overall, Jeenie allows us to provide high-quality, efficient services while controlling costs and supporting our staff in delivering excellent patient care, making it a partner we will continue to rely on and expand across Care Ring.

**What do you dislike about Jeenie?**

The only minor improvement we could suggest is offering occasional refresher tips or quick guides for staff who don't use the platform every day, to help them feel even more confident in navigating it.

I would HIGHLY recommend Jeenie to any organization that needs reliable, cost-effective interpretation services. It’s easy for staff to use, provides high-quality interpreters, and has straightforward billing. Make sure to take advantage of the support from your Client Success Manager, as they can help with onboarding, troubleshooting, and getting the most out of the platform! It’s a great solution for improving communication with clients while keeping operations efficient.

Some staff members have experienced issues with dropped calls and delays in connecting with a Jeenie interpreter.

Knowing we can trust them to be there when needed and to be fully engaged in their duties.

The only downside of Jeenie is that I did not discover them sooner.

Jeenie has completely transformed the way we manage over 80 offices across four states. What once felt overwhelming is now seamless thanks to their outstanding software. Their team is incredibly attentive—my Jeenie rep meets with me monthly to touch base and offer support, even though everything runs so smoothly that there’s nothing to address. That level of care and consistency truly sets Jeenie apart.

Interpreters are very professional and work well with our doctors to ensure patients understand not only what is being said, but what it means.
