
I use JAMS daily to run SQL Server database maintenance jobs and scripts that support the college. It standardizes our SQL Server maintenance and puts it in one place, so all IT personnel can use and reference it. I like how simple and fast the tech support is. The documentation is easy to reach and solves many problems. When I can't solve an issue using the documentation, opening a JAMS ticket is easy, and the response is very quick, usually within minutes, even if it's not a problem I mark as critical. Maybe upgrading our JAMS version would be a walkthrough I'd like to see. Conversion help with that. We are at JAMS 7.x but the guy who used to upgrade JAMS retired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
