It's incredibly easy to use - the UI is simple and easy to navigate, and results come in quickly and are easy to report on. I've used it for SL testing (up to 10 at a time) and SMS (up to 2 at a time) and have had great results in both. I've also used it in ESP's where there is a native integration and where the process is more manual - obviously the native integration they have with SFMC is great, but the results still speak for themselves, even if you have slightly more manual work to do with connecting Phrasee testing to your ESP. One of the things I would advise is to add the option for us, users, to choose the kind of language we want use (more funny, less longer, etc..) and be less depended of the Phrasee algorithm.
