**What do you like best about iwinBACK?**

iwinBACK is a marketing gem, transforming customer engagement with its innovative platform. Its a marketer's true friend , offering a suite of tools for seamless automation, insightful for analytics, and multi-channel communication. Our CRM team users rave about its ease of use and the efficiency in campaign and template management. The all-in-one platform unifies communications across channels , significantly boosting our conversions and the ROI on direct marketing, its the best we have seen. 
iwinBACK is a must have for B2C marketers aiming to optimise customer retention and engagement. Higly recomend this game changing product.

**What do you dislike about iwinBACK?**

It is a cutting edge tool and some junior members struggle a little bit with the advanced marketing journeys , though this isn't really a problem.

**What problems is iwinBACK solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to integrate multiple channels using a simplified journey tool.

IWb features like journey which help a lot. Also, dynamic content, email template, A/B testing which is very critical when comes to segmentation.

We need go through  APi to have automated like welcome email for new registration.

It's help on turn around time when creating journey.

Response time by support team and less content in knoweldgebase.

Using the iwinBACK software made it easier for us to take control of all our outbound marketing efforts, after events and to keep in touch with contacts through the various communication channels.
