**What do you like best about iTenance CMMS?**

Being cloud-based means I can access it from anywhere, and the ability to connect to any remote database to provide source data gives great flexibility over our existing infrastructure. The platform is easy to operate from day one, with real-time notifications keeping the team instantly informed.
What stands out most is how feature-rich it is while remaining scalable — it fits equally well for small teams and large multi-site operations. The preventive maintenance scheduling capability has been a significant help in reducing unplanned downtime and keeping equipment running smoothly.

**What do you dislike about iTenance CMMS?**

As a newer platform, some advanced features like AI-driven predictive maintenance and deeper third-party integrations are still in development. That said, the core functionality is solid and the team is responsive to feedback.
