# What are the best automotive digital retailing platforms for sales teams managing leads and appointments from a single login?

Single login sounds like a small thing until you've actually worked a job that requires five different tabs open just to answer one customer question.

Dabadu XRM: single login comes up almost verbatim across multiple reviews, with reps describing leads, appointments, and vehicle information all living in one dashboard.

Tekion: one reviewer summarized the whole platform as "one tool, one login, cloud based access," directly tying it to overall user efficiency.

CDK: reviewers describe centralizing customer, sales, service, and accounting data into a shared model, though the mobile version of that single login experience is the weakest part according to multiple reviewers.

Upstart Auto Retail: its Manager Portal is described as a single portal for tracking multiple deals and analytics, though a couple of reviewers mention gaps integrating with outside tools like CARFAX that break the single-login promise a little.

Dabadu XRM clearly leans into that “single pane of glass” experience, while CDK technically centralizes data but doesn’t always feel unified in use. Upstart’s manager portal is strong, but still more deal-focused than operational. Did consolidating everything into one login actually improve efficiency, or just concentrate the same complexity in one place?
