# Which video conferencing software is rated highest for easy integration at mid-market technology companies?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Curious how the G2 community reads the ratings on this one. Every video conferencing platform claims it integrates with everything, which is exactly why the claim tells you nothing; what I want is what mid-market technology companies actually rate these platforms once the integrations are live. </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Here's the current<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/video-conferencing"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/video-conferencing">Video Conferencing</a> ratings picture on G2 for the five names that dominate this conversation, with my read on the integration story behind each:</p><ul>

<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/google-workspace/reviews"><strong>Google Meet</strong></a> (via Google Workspace, 4.6, 47,600+ reviews): the highest-rated listing here; its integration story is that meetings are native to Calendar and Gmail, so for Workspace shops there's nothing to wire up at all.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/zoom-workplace/reviews"><strong>Zoom Workplace</strong></a> (4.5, 56,000+ reviews): the largest review base in the category and a marketplace of integrations that covers essentially every tool a tech company runs; reviewers rate its ease of setup 9.1, the strongest of this group.</li>

<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/microsoft-teams/reviews"><strong>Microsoft Teams</strong></a> (4.4, 17,800+ reviews): for Microsoft 365 shops the integration is the product, files, chat, and meetings in one identity layer; connecting non-Microsoft tools is where reviewer experiences vary more.</li>

<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/webex-suite/reviews"><strong>Webex Suite</strong></a> (4.2, 18,780+ reviews): integrates deepest with Cisco's own calling and device ecosystem, a real advantage where that hardware is already in the building.</li>

<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/ringex/reviews"><strong>RingEX</strong></a> (4.1, 1,260+ reviews), RingCentral's platform: the phone-system-first option, strongest when the integration you care about is between meetings and business calling in one system.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">That's the ratings read from the outside, and mid-market tech is exactly the segment where I'd expect the reviewers here to correct it. &lt;p&gt;Honestly for a mid-market tech company, the easy-integration crown usually goes to the tools that already live in your stack. Zoom and Google Meet slot into Slack, Google Workspace, calendars and most CRMs with almost no effort, and Microsoft Teams is the default if you&#39;re a Microsoft shop. One I&#39;d genuinely flag that&#39;s highly rated on G2 is Whereby (4.6), it&#39;s loved for being browser-based and, more relevant here, for an embeddable API so you can drop video into your own product or workflows, which mid-market tech teams like. To be real, I verified Whereby&#39;s rating but I&#39;m going on established positioning for the big three, so confirm current plans. What does the rest of your stack look like, Google or Microsoft? That basically decides it.&lt;/p&gt;
