What do you like best about iSmart Machine Marking?

What do you dislike about iSmart Machine Marking?

I find that when a student submits a brief or poorly worded answer, iSmart Machine Marking hits a wall with “thin evidence” and refuses to make a call, so I have to grade it manually again.
