For anything multiple choice (matching, multiple response, etc.) Zipgrade makes grading quick and easy. I like that I can grade multiple responses from multiple students quickly with my iPad. The ZipGrade app makes that a very easy task. Additionally, ZipGrade has multiple "answer sheets" available so you can use it for a short quiz or a longer test. Because ZipGrade uses your iPad's camera, the students don't have to use a specific kind of writing instrument. They just need to make their circles dark enough to register on a camera. Simple. There is no "AI" in ZipGrade that would help teachers discern between answers, which makes this app very limited in what it can do. I am using this in my classroom for major tests. I print out the answer sheets and have my students bubble the answers on the answer sheets. I then use my phone to scan each test.
