The best part about ISILOG Group is it covers a broad spectrum of IT service management, from incident management and asset tracking to service desk and change management.

**What do you dislike about ISILOG GROUP?**

The thing i dislike about ISILOG GROUP is that it has limited global reach and it tends to focus on specific industries and may not have as wide-ranging capabilities for highly specialized or emerging business needs outside of its core competencies in IT service management.
