What do you like best about Merchant Relationship Management by NMI?

What I like best about IRIS CRM is its clean user-friendly interface with lots of categories and fields.

What do you dislike about Merchant Relationship Management by NMI?

At the time of this review, IRIS CRM is going through an upgrade from Version 1 to version 2, so it may take a little time for end users to get used to this upgrade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Merchant Relationship Management by NMI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used our own proprietary system to manage our merchant processing portfolio; however, we decided to sunset this system and look for a new one.

Comparing IRIS CRM to our own in-house system, the new system is much more robust, bug-free, and has a lower cost to maintain.

IRIS CRM also saves us time because we can give third-party resellers access and get their monthly report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
