# Which PRM Software Avoids Delays in Partner Portal Provisioning and Maintenance?

Introw shows up repeatedly in reviews for fast, low-friction portal setup, and PartnerStack is the next best-supported option if you need more scale.

I've been digging into this because portal setup time keeps derailing partner onboarding timelines, and the PRM category review data points pretty clearly toward implementation speed as the differentiator here:

Introw (4.8/5, 95 reviews): The standout on this specific question. Multiple reviewers describe completing setup in about an hour with no help, and several highlight that partners can register deals and get updates over email or Slack without ever logging into a separate portal, which is what's actually driving adoption. It's a newer, smaller vendor, so the review base is thinner than the others here.

PartnerStack (4.7/5, 944 reviews): Reviewers consistently describe a quick, intuitive setup and an interface partners pick up fast, with a much larger review base backing that pattern than Introw has.

ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM) (4.9/5, 732 reviews): Rated highest overall, but this is the tradeoff case for a "no delays" question. Reviewers describe strong functionality once it's running, but also note it takes meaningful time to fully configure and connect to existing CRM or ERP systems, closer to a proper implementation than a quick provisioning step.

Is the delay you're hitting on initial setup, or on maintaining the portal as partners are added later? That changes which of these is the better fit.

Initial provisioning is only half the test for me. The maintenance burden shows up later when roles change, partners need different permissions, content gets reorganized, or inactive accounts need cleaning up. I’d want to know whether Introw’s speed carries through to those routine admin changes, or whether its advantage is mostly during the initial portal launch.
