Very few applications our Department uses work with ease. This is the exception. Public Safety employees typically work non-traditional shifts -- that many programs are simply not equipped to handle. The software is tailored (and fully customizable) to meet law enforcement/public safety needs. We use inTime at our city and have several departments utilizing the application. The userface is very clean and although there is a lot of areas within the app, the support you will receive from inTime staff makes up for it. I truly appreciate how I always receive a response to a question and how I never feel like I am bothering them.
