**What do you like best about InTime?**

Very few applications our Department uses work with ease. This is the exception. Public Safety employees typically work non-traditional shifts -- that many programs are simply not equipped to handle. The software is tailored (and fully customizable) to meet law enforcement/public safety needs.  Beyond that, the customer service is top-tier, and the InTime team overall is genuinely a joy to work with.

**What do you dislike about InTime?**

The program itself can seem intimidating, and the degree of customization can feel overwhelming. The backend of the app was also a little confusing at first (without guidance). Locating instructional resources was also not very obvious at first -- our rep quickly helped with this though!

**What problems is InTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Department operations, scheduling logistics, and payroll would be borderline impossible without InTime.

**What do you like best about InTime?**

This platform has truly revolutionized how our team handles shifts and scheduling. It is quick, user-friendly, and extremely dependable. With mobile access, everyone remains coordinated regardless of their location. The customer support is excellent—always responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance.

**What do you dislike about InTime?**

Nothing!  This is a great company to work with and the product is second to none!

Intime is always evolving and working to enhance the customer experience.

My favorite thing about InTime is the ease at which the individual user can access their information.

We are still struggling with FLSA on Gap hours, but are working with the company toward a solution

Time and schedule management. The digital format is wonderful

**What do you like best about InTime?**

I use this application all day long. It is not super intuitive at first but then it clicks and becomes easy to use. It makes overtime postings and scheduling fair and consistent.

**What do you dislike about InTime?**

Any issues I’ve had have always been addressed by them and they always help me find a solution or alternative.

They are always making updates to better the system. And in the next year there will be soooo many updates.

It gives employees realtime access to their schedules.

Occasional system slowdown and system upgrade downtime

It has made scheduling realtime for the employees for leave requests and signing up for overtime.

Scheduling personnel is very easy using the Intime Software. It helps manage overtime and shift bidding assignments

**What do you like best about InTime?**

We have been using InTime for several years and have it integrated with Munis ERP. The staff at InTime have been so helpful and very knowledgeable. I know I can count on them to help us work through issues whether it's setup, scheduling, payroll or even expanding off of a new idea.

There is nothing I dislike. The simplicity is great.

**What do you like best about InTime?**

Intime is built for public safety.  It is truly the only time keeping software that meets all the needs of public saftey scheduling.  Addtionally, the customer success team is top notch and always avaialble to assist customers.

**What do you dislike about InTime?**

Because the software is built specifically for public safety, there really are no downsides to the product.  Also, the company is always listing to customers for added features to make the software better.

**What problems is InTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intime is a one stop software for scheduling shifts, private duty, court, and special events.  Intime also keeps track all of the complex time banks that our agency has.

**What do you like best about InTime?**

We use inTime at our city and have several departments utilizing the application. The userface is very clean and although there is a lot of areas within the app, the support you will receive from inTime staff makes up for it. I truly appreciate how I always receive a response to a question and how I never feel like I am bothering them. Everyone I have come in contact with from inTime are experts in their areas and it feels great to know that I am talking to people who can backup their work.

**What do you dislike about InTime?**

Some areas are not intuitive but there are a plenty of help tools to figure it out.

**What problems is InTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

inTime is creating an organized schedule for our departments where we filing shifts, keeping track of leave requests and managing time banks are being used. Our staff also have access to the app which has information specific to them which makes everyone feel confident at what they are looking at.

Great for keeping scheduling organized and for holding employees accountable.

**What do you dislike about InTime?**

Can be difficult for new users to get the hang of it. But if you put in the work and practice, it's worth it.

Being a payroll administer, I use it to run reports to determine what people will get paid.

Scheduling made easy. Leave balances are easily tracked. Customer service is exceptional.

The inability to connect to other payroll software programs.

The software is designed to address real world situations. Use ability is simple to understand and creates a successful application for employees and employer.

**What do you dislike about InTime?**

There is a substantial setup which requires the building of a platform for your specific requirements....although this results in a taylored system for your department.

**What problems is InTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manage your overtime and produce reports to justify where it's being used. Eliminate guesswork of scheduling large groups of people for shift coverage. Forecast staff shortages.

I wish you could break up longer work assignments with more ease.

I would highly recommend this product. It is a lot of functionality for a very reasonable cost.

Saving time distributing overtime and assigning officers to outside details.

**What do you like best about InTime?**

The flexibility is incredibly powerful. This tool meets the needs of our department and continues to remain relevant through further development and enhancements. Vendor offers a clear path to going full mobile which is something our organization embraces. We can manage nearly every aspect of our departments activities, run reports, and even integrate with our cities payroll systems.

**What do you dislike about InTime?**

The UI can be wonky at times. Permissions seem to change at times without explanation. Troubleshooting is a learning experience and not intuitive at times. Lack of Apple devices currently hinders our operation of the application. Not being able to submit overtime entries using the mobile version of the application is also a nuisance and a huge opportunity for improvement.   

**Recommendations to others considering InTime:**

Mobile … Mobile... Mobile... Our department is all iPads and iPhones. 

**What problems is InTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used it to manage manpower shortage situations by allowing employees to bid for overtime situations. Additionally we implemented a process in which we manage all off duty opportunities replacing an inefficient paper system. We have been able to use the report to help with labor studies and other studies that benefit the department and the community we serve.

**What do you like best about InTime?**

InTime has made our lives so much easier - from posting and filling off-duty jobs to being able to quickly see who is on duty to pulling reports. In fact, we have just purchased the Asset Management and Training modules and they are great too.

**What do you dislike about InTime?**

There is really nothing that I dislike.  Support is great and quick.

**What problems is InTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our scheduling overall.  Our asset management and now our training records.  We went from numerous Excel spreadsheets to one program that can do it all.

**What do you like best about InTime?**

The software works (barely), and it is cloud based, which means you do not need to host it your self. Customer service is good as well. 

**What do you dislike about InTime?**

Lots of bugs, and for a that you rely your business operations on, it does not function. Reporting does not work well and the software in general is buggy. 1 year contracts are for suckers, if the software works well then there is no need to to force clients into a 1 year contract. Don't buy into their 1 year contracts. Try the software out for a few months and if you really like it, get the 1 year. 

**Recommendations to others considering InTime:**

Try it out for a few months, stay away from the 1 year contract up front (they will sell you hard on it). If you really like the software after a few months then go for the 1 year to reduce your fees.

**What do you like best about InTime?**

I like mytimes clock in/clock out feature and when you remember to do it, it works well.

**What do you dislike about InTime?**

The manual time entry gets a little confusing if you’re not familiar with it and it really needs ios/android apps to be efficient, which it does not have.

**What problems is InTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We track our worked hours and get paid. The benefits are that you can submit a timesheet from anywhere and not have to be in the office.

InTime is a program that offers great support! Any questions I have are always answered efficiently, and they make sure I am able to use the program to it’s FULL potential!

**What do you dislike about InTime?**

There is nothing I dislike about Intime!

As I stated previously, InTime has great customer service. If there is something I don’t understand, they are there to explain. The program is easy to maneuver and easy to use!
