  ### 1. It works and is better than excel for creating invoices

**What do you like best about Interbill?**

I like that you can now create your own invoices on demand and they can be emailed and there are a few new features that I have been added. 

**What do you dislike about Interbill?**

I don’t like that it always freezes up and uses Microsoft Silverlight. It also likes to change things you enter as you enter them if it's not done a certain way, which gets rather annoying.

**Recommendations to others considering Interbill:**

I would prefer we use Clio for billing so that all information is in one place because we use Clio for our case management software, but the attorney I work for is insistent on continuing with Interbill because it is what he is comfortable with.

**What problems is Interbill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating monthly invoices is fairly easier and it’s great to be able to email the invoices than the old Inberbill system. We are still learning what other features it has.

**What do you like best about Interbill?**

It has a timer so that you can put the timer on when you work for a client and stop it when you are finished, or pause it and start a new timer for another matter if you need to.

**What do you dislike about Interbill?**

Sometime when you try to preview the pdf of the time bill it doesn't work, and you have to restart it. 

**Recommendations to others considering Interbill:**

The format is simple, and it is helpful in keeping track of every billable minute. 

**What problems is Interbill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us keep track for every billable hour.
