IntelliTrack WMS -- stable and reliable **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Richard O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2019 **What do you like best about Intellitrack?** We've used IntelliTrack WMS for many years for education in training RF scanners and overall it has been very reliable. We use it with Motorola Symbol devices running Windows CE and Android Lollipop. WMS Administration console allows us good control over items and allows us to keep a simplified stock database. **What do you dislike about Intellitrack?** Our older v9 has sometimes needed license server and database server processes manually restarted after Windows updates (currently running on Win 10 Home). Requires ESC key function which we have not been able to get functioning effectively on Android based RF devices--this means we map F9 to achieve a similar result. Reinstalling is complex and if our hardware fails then we probably won't be able to continue using IntelliTrack. Also, local support in Australia is limited. **What problems is Intellitrack solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are the only provider of specialised RF Scanner training in Australia. We've tested other environments but are still using IntelliTrack WMS as the backbone of our training program. ### 2. Also a status manager is possible to set up - we can sort products by pictures too. **What do you dislike about Intellitrack?** The barcode reader it's the only way to register the products properly and to have a chance that the product will be found by the employee. A nfi scan would be helpful. The pictures must be loaded separately for every product. **Recommendations to others considering Intellitrack:** I think the short set-up with the basic products of the total assets should set up diectly. **What problems is Intellitrack solving and how is that benefiting you?** The inventory management in combination with the asset manager plus reporting of incoming and outgoing sales. ### 3. Delivery always sucks and it’s nice to have an application that can make me feel confident in knowing where my things are. **What do you dislike about Intellitrack?** I don’t dislike much about this app, it is my favourite tracking system especially for the cost. **Recommendations to others considering Intellitrack:** Get it it’s the best software on the market. **What problems is Intellitrack solving and how is that benefiting you?** I’m solving not knowing where my packages are and for a reasonable cost to manage my orders and be able to reorder. ### 4.
