The accountability of the system. The system is very user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Duplicate merging of files can be problematic at times.

**What problems is IntelliKid Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting takes a while to load. The system is quite comprehensive but does take a while to load at times.
