I appreciate IntelePeer's strong and reliable core functionality. The call quality is consistently excellent, and the platform is very stable, which is crucial for our daily operations. The ease of implementation and integration was a significant plus for us; we were able to get our team up and running with our existing systems with minimal friction. While the core features are great, there are a few areas that could be improved. The customer support response time can sometimes be slow, especially when we've had a pressing issue that required immediate attention.
