What do you like best about IntelePeer?

IntelePeer shines when it comes to automating communications with AI. Their "Smart" tools, like SmartAgent and SmartFlows, use conversational AI to take the heavy lifting off your agents, leading to shorter hold times, less busywork, and real savings for contact centers.

I use it frequently in days.

Plus, getting set up is a breeze. IntelePeer plays nicely with your existing CRM and business systems, so integration is smooth. And if you're not a coding wizard, no worries! What do you dislike about IntelePeer?

While IntelePeer's technical support generally gets good marks, some customers have voiced concerns about inconsistent customer service and account management, with issues occasionally popping up around billing and general communication. What do you like best about IntelePeer?

I appreciate IntelePeer's strong and reliable core functionality. The call quality is consistently excellent, and the platform is very stable, which is crucial for our daily operations. The ease of implementation and integration was a significant plus for us; we were able to get our team up and running with our existing systems with minimal friction. What do you dislike about IntelePeer?

While the core features are great, there are a few areas that could be improved. The customer support response time can sometimes be slow, especially when we've had a pressing issue that required immediate attention. Additionally, the reporting and analytics features, while useful, feel a bit basic. What do you like best about IntelePeer?

The service seems to work well. That is the only thing that works at Intelepeer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IntelePeer?

We were quoted $250 for a specified number of users, billed $250 for the first month, then we started getting charged $600-$1000 based on usage each subsequent month. I tried for months to get our rep (who quit or got fired), our integration manager (who quit or got fired), then the VP of channel sales (who quit or got fired) to resolve the issue. After all of those people left the org I turned to the accounts receivable team who was all but useless in getting it fixed. Eventually a director reached out to me and said that my account was set up and quoted incorrectly originally and that I was being billed the correct amount, they offered to credit me for the first 4 months so that it matched the quoted price (we were 7 months in at this point). After some pushback they adjusted 2 more months but said that I would have to pay 3-4 times what I was quoted moving forward. I expressed my displeasure at the absurdity as professionally as I could muster at the time but agreed to move forward. That was over 2 months ago and they are still having issues getting or invoices sorted out after we made a payment for the previous invoices.

I lack the words to express how incompetent this organization is at anything customer-related. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
