If you have trouble talking a remote user through setting up a remote-support tool, Instant Housecall requires little explanation from you. You simply give the user your personalized URL, they enter it into their browser, and the install happens with very little intervention from the user. You can even send them an email with your personalized URL embedded, and they just click on it to install -- much easier than any other remote-support tool I've used. What problems is Instant Housecall solving and how is that benefiting you?
More timely response to client requests / needs / problems. Unattended access feature also makes it possible for me to investigate and resolve problems while the client is fast asleep!
